This product leave a red residue behind in my hair, on the floor where I do my hair, and in the shower when I wash my hair. I used the old formula of this product and never had this issue. Redken should really look into this.

I bought all 3 products for Extreme Redken last month . I’ve used All soft since they stopped making my favourite Smooth Down- it has better scent and was better product than all I have tried since . Extreme is extreme and my long thick blonde hair doesn’t respond well. I’m going back to All Soft & Redken Argan Oil again as had my hair past waist. The last few years have seen my hair go from shiny smooth to dry and porous. Need samples before I buy this months shampoo/ conditioner as purchase in 1000 ml only. Would love samples and recommendations for product closest to Smooth Down- salon told me it was Diamond oil at the time... it was rubbish . I want my nice Redken hair back that Brough compliments not tears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad I got to try the Redkin Extreme Antisnap leave in treatment, it works wonders! I had not heard of Extreme Anti snap prior to receiving it to try. I'm pleasantly surprised by this. I have very thick, wavy, frizzy hair. I've used more expensive (salon) brands of leave-in treatments, and this is comparable in quality. This smells fantastic and very easy to apply to my hair. The smell is amazing, the consistency is not too thick or too thin, it doesn't weigh your hair down and it controls frizz! I I do believe it's helping keep my hair stronger and more intact. I love it! I would definitely continue to use this product and recommend this product to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very long very thick hair and this is one of several products I use to smooth and de tangle my hair. Smells amazing, a little goes a long way and is lightweight but still moisturizing. My hair has some damage from bleached highlights and would snap and break off. Well, I just cannot believe how well this works. My hair feels stronger and as if it's reinforced. No I can finally grow it long. Amazing product.

This is the best product I have ever found that keeps my hair healthy. It keeps down the breakage. I also like to use it mixed with a Curing gel. It keeps hair from being freezing and not have the crunch affect. I buy it at least once every 3 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for testing complimentary for Influenster and VoxBox. I have used this product after using both the Redken Color Extend Blondage Color Depositing Purple Shampoo and Conditioner. This is a good product to use post treating your hair with color or toner. Because my hair is color treated, it gets dry and tangled very easily. This product helps with those issues. I loved the way my hair feels when I go to style it after using this product. My only suggestion would be in the packaging of this product. Mine came in a "spay" type bottle and it is a little difficult to get the product out and evenly onto the hair in the shower.

Let me first start with my hair background; I’ve done a lot of damage over the years by bouncing color to color and using heat tools. I’ve been blonde for the past few years, and have been going lighter the past few months. My hair is still pretty healthy considering, but it can be a little weak after bleaching. I used this product with my first wash after highlights, and was pretty amazed with how strong it made my hair feel post bleach. I like the packaging, I feel like it makes the product easy to distribute. Influenster sent me this for testing purposes, and I’m happy to add it to my product list.

I have super coarse, wavy, frizzy, thick hair that over the last 32 yrs I've colored, permed twice with spiral curls. Now since we've been self isolating since literally the last two days of Feb 2020. My hair is no longer the color it was during Christmas 2019 (darker with blue/purple highlights all over. Besides not getting it cut until late May, I'm still left with hair that appears to be blond and grey with remnants of the blue/purple has now turned to pink. I have been using the Redkin extreme anti snap, and it really been helping keep my hair from becoming too brittle while it grows out. Redken Extreme Anti Snap Leave In Treatment For Damaged Hair

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
