Maximum power lightening powder
Redken’s first powder lightener to achieve up to 8 levels of lift using a 2-component system that mixes with all volumes of Pro-Oxide Cream Developer.

HOW TO USE
Flash Lift mixes with 10, 20, 30 or 40 vol. Pro-oxide Cream developer in a variable mixing ratio, which ranges from 1:1 to 1:2. A 1:1 ratio is ideal for open air, freehand techniques and a 1:2 ratio is ideal for on-scalp techniques.
Process at room temperature until desired lightness is achieved for up to 50 minutes.
DO NOT USE HEAT.
DO NOT COVER HAIR.
On or off scalp applications may incorporate bowl and brush or bottle applications.

Lifts fast and to a beautiful blonde

Ive been highlighting my hair with this product for 3 years now. I am very satisfied with it. Just make sure you use a toner after bleaching. It will take any yellow or brass colored tones out of your hair.

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .
No, I do not recommend this product.

If you use it correctly, it is magical

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
