[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how soft this makes my hair feel. It’s so rich, so moisturizing. And the best part? How easy it is to open in the shower. The packaging design is just top notch. So what I like to do is to put this on after shampooing, through my mid-lengths and ends and leave it on for at least ten minutes or so while I get through the rest of my showering routine. Towards the end, I rinse it off. Works better than regular conditioner (obviously), and it smells so nice. Seriously, sometimes I’ll open it just to smell the product that lies within. Good enough to eat, you say? This is one of the few masks in which I feel inclined to use it consecutively, and I have done that in order to give it a proper review. Great product, Redken! I have thick hair, if that’s relevant.

It’s not a heavy product and doesn’t leave any residue behind. My hair feels hydrated and keeps that shiny wet hair look that I like. Will continue to use this on a week by week basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow- I am SO relieved to have found this one! The Redken All Soft All-In Mask has left my medium and wavy/ curly long hair feeling truly soft to the touch, hydrated, and more alive than it has felt in years. Postpartum and hard water have been a tough mix for my often dry, lifeless and dull hair. This mask has left my hair feeling so different from the norm in the best way. I can even tell a difference after a second wash after the original application (as the directions instruct to only use the mask once per week). Application is easy, the directions say to apply the mask to wet hair a bit a ways down from the scalp and to let it sit for a few minutes. Then, you rinse out the mask. I did shampoo before using the mask but skipped conditioner since the mask is so hydrating. I followed the directions and I am so happy with the results! I am already excited to use this mask again this week (a week after the original application). I was unfortunately not very happy with the product before use. Upon arrival, I noticed the top of the cap was dusty and that was not great to see. When I opened the mask jar, the plastic protective seal was not sealing the product, but the cap held the seal instead. I prefer the seal to be right on the product itself (it feels more hygienic or safe) but that was not the case in this situation. Lastly, the smell when you open the mask jar is STRONG. I am not the most sensitive to smells but this one’s strong scent almost made me want to not use it. Luckily, the smell does not linger after washing out the mask from your hair. Overall, this mask is amazing and is the answer to my current hair concerns. I will be buying it in the future.

I have long hair that is very prone to tangling and damage. Although I avoid heat on my hair as much as possible, I do color my hair. This mask is safe for color treated hair. The softness lasts until the next wash. I use this mask as a sort of deep conditioner for every wash and it really helps to keep my hair soft and easily brushed. It smells good and the consistency is easily spread on hair. This plus a leave in conditioner after getting out of the shower is my holy grail right now. Love and will repurchase.

My hair got really tangles and mattes after using another conditioner from another very famous and hyped brand but this untangled my hair beautifully! I was SO grateful that I just so happened to be reviewing this mask because I don’t know what I would have done without it! I’m now going to buy the shampoo as well! If you have curly and/or kinky hair (3b/3c/4a) hair…even coily, try this if you can! It’s worth every penny! And my hair was moisturized! No left over residue on my scalp after rinsing, my hair felt clean. Standard packaging and you can see my hair in the mask lol…I did get it out but I wanted to show realistically what you’re left with after use. And yes! My hair was indeed soft!

It smells great, like the rest of the All Soft products, but not overly strong. The consistency is thick and properly coats your hair when applied. After using it multiple times for my wash days, I found it left my hair feeling moisturized and I felt like the quality of my blowouts were much better than my usual routine. I also noticed that there was less breakage while styling my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I didn’t notice a major difference but after the second time using this mask my hair was soooo super soft!! I really need to buy the All Soft shampoo and conditioner now because wow. My hair is very damaged and dry but I can see and feel the difference after a few times of this mask. I’ve also seen less hair fall out because I don’t have to roughly detangle my hair now the brush just glides through. Leave it on for a few minutes and make sure to fully rinse it out or it will weigh down your hair and make it feel greasy, I think that’s what happened the first time. Also bonus…smells great!!
