[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Redken really outdid themselves with this Nature & Science all soft shampoo. I'm usually skeptical with natural shampoos since then don't lather well and make my hair feel rough. This shampoo is made from a recycled bottle as well. Let me tell you how excellent it works. It lathers on the first shampoo and rinses our easily. I conditioned my ends as usual, blew out and my hair felt SO SOFT! The shine to it was beautiful. I received so many compliments at work.I have naturally wavy hair that's fine and a lot of it. It falls flat on top but this shampoo gave it an extra boost! I feel good knowing I'm using a shampoo that's actually healthy for my body. Remember your scalp absorbs everything chemical in shampoos!! I can't wait to purchase the conditioner that goes with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cosmetologist, I value Redken products. However, this particular shampoo is not on my next purchasing list. I have fine, wavy hair that's very long and am always looking for products to lightly smooth or soften it without weighing it down. This product has a very clean but almost medicinal scent and made my hair harder to comb thru. It did not seem to soften my hair at all but it did not weigh it down either so that was good. I like the fact that it is vegan and it's great that the packaging is mostly recycled plastic. Others may have better luck with this shampoo than I did depending upon their hair type.

This shampoo is Vegan, Sulfate-free, Silicone-free, and Paraben-free which covers all the important factors that I look for in a high quality shampoo. After a week of using this shampoo, I could tell my hair was healthier, shinier, easier to manage and most importantly noticeably softer. I would definitely recommend this shampoo to those who are looking for a natural and healthy shampoo that still provides amazing results.

This shampoo is a gentle yet effective shampoo that smells so beautiful. It reminds me of getting a high end beauty treatment at an all natural salon/spa every time I smell it. It has a very different smell and consistency than the original All-Soft Shampoo from Redken. If you like the smell of essential oils— you will like the scent of this shampoo. I also love how it makes my hair feel and I would definitely purchase it again. I knocked a star off because I dislike the consistency compared to the original. It’s so thin and liquidy that it’s kind of hard to work with in the shower. But I will overlook that due to its performance and scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Redken is a brand I trust and the NATURE + SCIENCE ALL SOFT SHAMPOO was amazing! The natural ingredients and fact that it's vegan made it appealing to my fussy teenage daughter. My younger son loved the smell and said it left his hair soft. I liked how my stylist told me that Redken products are amazing quality ad suggested this particular shampoo after I got my hair colored and highlighted. The product bottle is nice - clear so I can see how much is left and dispenses on top so no product leaks out in the shower. I had never heard of NATURE + SCIENCE ALL SOFT SHAMPOO and now I'll be adding it to my shopping list and trying the conditioner.

There is just such a huge selection out there now that it's hard to know what is best for your hair. I had never seen this particular type of Redken shampoo though. I am so happy to have found it. I don't have horrible hair but it could definitely use some help. Especially with how soft and shiny it is. I used this for about a week and can already tell a difference. Especially in how soft it is. I actually love my hair now and it's been a while since I said that. I am definitely gonna be using this for a while. I also have told and will tell more people about this particular shampoo from Redken.

When I use certain shampoos, conditioners, and products my hair gets dry and "crispy" as I call it. This didn't happen with the Redken all soft shampoo. I used once without conditioner and once with. Without conditioner my hair still felt amazingly smooth and soft which is kind of a big deal for me ! I will definitely get this product again and keep it in my routine :)

Finally!! Relief For Dry/Brittle Hair!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been searching high and low for a product that really works on dry/brittle hair. By "works" I mean it doesn't just coat my hair with a waxy residue to make it "look healthier", I mean a product that actually makes my hair healthier as it relieves the dryness and the brittleness. Redken Nature and Science All Soft Shampoo is that product!!
True to its title, this shampoo uses "nature" - the birch sap? enzymes and amino acid- with "science" to deliver a shampoo that makes my hair softer, more manageable and shinier. I can actually feel and see the real difference this shampoo makes, unlike other shampoos that claim to soften and moisturize but merely coat the hair.
A definite must have for me and a recommend to friends and family without a doubt!!

I’m a Maxxinista and I stumbled across this one day during a visit. I was already using the Redken All Soft line and I thought there’s no way it could be better but here it is. If you love the All Soft, this sulfate free version will transform your wash day into a spa-like experience. I love washing my hair with this, it smells soooo fresh and clean. It leaves my whole bathroom smelling like a botanical oasis. The formula has a lot of slip and it lathers better than any other sulfate free shamooo I’ve used. Redken does it right!

After the first wash I could feel a softness in my hair but after the second was bam I could really feel how soft my hair was I was like wow. I would definitely recommend this and I would definitely buy this again!!!! I love how soft it made my hair!! I was not aware of this shampoo at all never heard or seen of it but wished I did. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a shampoo to smell good and have soft hair and I have really thick hair so I was very impressed

That said, I have thick hair and require conditioner. So, I have used my normal brand of conditioner in conjunction with this shampoo. Results have been comparable to my normal brand of shampoo. If I was to purchase Redken again, I would purchase both the shampoo and conditioner :) I have nothing negative to say, and would absolutely consider this the next time I need to purchase Shampoo/Conditioner.

Smells great, and lathers well. It has 85% natural ingredients which I feel good about using on my hair. Also I was sooo surprised how easily my hair brushed when getting out of shower. I really loved that. My hair was so smooth. I can only imagine how much better it would be if I used the accompanying conditioner. (I used suave natural conditioner) I'm very happy with this shampoo so far!

I found while shampooing my hair it seemed to soften my hair which carried over to when my hair dried. The scent is a bit odd but it's a light scent that doesn't stay my hair. I like this product well enough and will buy again but for some reason no matter how much I rinse my hair it still feels like a bit of shampoo doesn't completely rinse out.
Bottom line is I am glad I tried this product and overall give it a thumbs up.

Dry and staticy. Redken always has great products. This one is no different. It made my hair soft and looking healthy. Did not weigh my hair down and had a pleasant scent and not a heavy perfume type scent. My daughter has curly hair and she loves it as well. Really made a difference in the texture of her hair and kept the curl definition.

Even after my first use, my hair was transformed. My dry brittle ends looked amazing, and my hair overall was much softer and shiny. The fragrance of this shampoo was light and refreshing, it lathered well, and rinsed out cleanly. My next step will be purchasing the conditioner in this line to make my hair look even more fabulous!!

I love these products. For the first time I found something that allowed me to go a few days before my scalp got oily again. I’m also very sensitive to shampoos so I was overjoyed after using my friends when staying over at her apartment. However, I’m very saddened to see Redken using cheap soybean oil. I’m severely allergic to the substance and it’s an allergy that’s only getting more prevalent. I’m glad I read the bottle before using this new product.

I love the concept of nature and science. I tend to lean towards mostly natural products. You get a lot of shampoo for the price and don't need much for each wash. I'm going to continue to use it but I'm trying to see if my hair will adjust to the greasy feeling. It does seem much softer even without conditioner!

I did not find that my hair was any softer and much less manageable. My hair almost felt greasy even though it didn't look like it. I did only try the shampoo and not the conditioner in conjunction, but I was still very disappointed with this product from a company that makes so many other great products.

The first time I used this new shampoo I could already feel the difference in the softness of my hair. It made my hair softer, it didn't weight it down or make it look oily. It has a great scent and washes out clean. I usually use conditioner after I shampoo but with this shampoo I didn't have a need to. I definitely will be buy more in the future.

This lathers great and does make my hair soft, especially when I pair it with the matching conditioner. I've got curls that are a bit dried out from coloring, and not only is my hair soft but it helps with the frizz as well. The only thing I don't like is that the formula is very thin and runny. The almost water-like consistency made me think I had a bad batch, but after some research I saw that's how it was meant to be.

Love all soft. Do you have thick hair? Course hair? Wavy hair that tends to get knots and frizzes easily? I do. And this stuff WORKS! it tames the beast. My go to winter time shampoo. I don’t really care for the fragrance they use and that makes me try new similar shampoos. But even though I’m not a fan id the scent I still buy this in the huge containers because it makes my hair look good. It just works!

I had not heard of this particular product before but knowing it is for dry/brittle hair, I had to try it. So happy it is vegan, sulfate-free, paraban-free, and silicone-free because those things damage hair and we do not need them in our shampoos. Using birch sap interested me and it seems to really help my hair shine. It has sugars, amino acids and enzymes to moisturize my hair as well. I have very long hair and have always colored my hair so it has taken its toll on my hair. Using this, I can feel my hair getting softer and more damage-free each use. Has a nice pleasant scent too. Not too strong yet pleasant. The one thing with this is you shake it before use. I think that helps mix up ingredients to get the full benefit. I love it and cannot wait to try the conditioner!

It definitely leaves your hair feeling smooth, but I did not notice an increase in shine. I have naturally curly hair that is fine and often gets greasy quickly, this shampoo allowed me to go two days without having to wash my hair again, which is always an added plus. I would buy this again, as the price is fair for natural shampoo.

The smell is amazing first off. I also really like that this product is silicone free and formula with birch sap. 83% of the ingredients are naturally derived which is awesome! I was not a fan of this shampoo. It left my hair feeling dry & frizzy. I appreciate the idea of a vegan hair product, but I confess I like the original version better. It might work better for someone with a different hair texture though. And I do overall like redken hair products - which is why I gave it 3 stars. Redken Nature Science All Soft Sulfate Free Shampoo

This product was recommended to me by natural hair specialists on twitter and I just fell in love with it. It cleanses your hair extremely well, hydrates and defines your curls. I also love the natural ingredients and it's lack of silicones. The smell is a bit strong and isn't for everyone, but it's good for people that want powerful smelling hair all week.

I purchased the shampoo as well as the matching conditioner. It's a really nice lightweight shampoo and conditioner that leaves my hair feeling clean and soft. The product definitely does not weigh down my hair either. However, if you were looking to style your hair afterwards this almost make sure her to softer that I won't hold a style or a blowout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I cannot believe how soft my hair is after using this. It literally feels as soft as baby's hair! It gets my hair clean, and normally since my hair is pretty oily I will have to wash it every other day but since I have started using this, I can go 3-4 days without washing again and my hair doesn't feel or look greasy either.

This is my go-to shampoo every day. It makes my hair soft, protects color, smells good, and rinses out clean. I use this with the intense damage conditioner and it’s a good combo. I have been using this for a few years and will continue because i love it. Redken ExtremeRedken Extreme Strengthening Conditioner Strengthening Conditioner.

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
