About Angie Guenette
With over seven years in the hair industry, I took a leap and moved from Windsor to Toronto two years ago, leaving behind a full clientele to chase my dreams. Rebuilding from the ground up wasn’t easy, but it proved that with passion, hard work, and consistency, anything is possible. Now, at 26, I’m certified in balayage, three methods of extensions, and all things color, creating lived-in, dimensional looks that keep my clients obsessed.
Education has always been at the core of my career—I have a deep passion for continuous learning, connecting with other stylists, and giving back to this industry. I know firsthand the challenges young entrepreneurs face in the hair world, and I’m committed to mentoring and empowering the next generation of stylists. I believe that when you show up, put in the work, and dedicate yourself to growth, the opportunities are endless.
I’ve worked with many color brands throughout my career, but Redken has completely stolen my heart since moving to the city. The true-to-tone formulas, the user-friendly approach, and the consistent, high-quality results have transformed both my work and my clients’ confidence. My clients love how shiny, healthy, and long-lasting their color is, and I love sharing my knowledge and expertise to help others achieve the same results.
Hair education isn’t just about technique—it’s about confidence, creativity, and connection. As someone who has rebuilt, adapted, and thrived in this industry, I know the power of great education and the impact it has on a stylist’s career. That is why I believe I would be a great addition to the Redken family.
