Bethany is an accomplished stylist and colorist with over 11 years of experience, deeply committed to the Redken philosophy of "Learn Better, Earn Better, Live Best." Her journey with Redken began early in her career, leading her to achieve multiple Redken certifications, most notably in color, and specializing in color correction and Redken Shades EQ.

Driven by a passion for education and innovation, Bethany became a Redken Facilitator in 2018, blending her love for learning with empowering fellow stylists. After attending Redken Fusion events, she took on a role as a Technical Sales Educator and later advanced to a Redken Artist position. For Bethany, the Redken community represents not just education, but connection, energy, and shared growth within the industry.
