Desiree has been a hairstylist behind the chair since 2015. At 27 Desiree opened her first salon, Baz and Banks, in Liberty Village fresh out of the pandemic. 8 months later she started her sister company, Baz Beauty, which is a travel hair and makeup company for weddings & events.

With over 10 years int he industry, her specialties include, high impact blonding, blonde transformations, blonde formulations, on scalp foiling, balayage & soft grow outs for low maintenance blondes. With her clients she’s most often praised for keeping a healthy blonde and never being afraid of a transformative change.

Desiree’s passion for hair behind the chair is coupled with her drive for business & building a clientele. Content creation & developing ways to maintain a strong clientele either as a business owner, or as a stylist behind the chair, is something she’s worked hard to understand & perfect.
