Leitha has been in the hair industry for 25years,  during which she was a salon owner of 16yrs, has worked as a commissioned stylist and now currently works as an independent stylist behind the chair 3 days a week.   She's worked and has experience in many fields within the industry such as cosmetology school instructor,  Redken Artist and Technical sales Educator.
