MONIQUE COUPAL

Warm, dynamic and professional are qualifiers that represent Monique well. She distinguished herself in competitions from her first years in hairdressing by accumulating several medals and participating in various championships. After working on several sets, she joined the Redken artistic team in 1997.

Multi-talented, her area of genius is to create tailor-made training whether for a private lesson, in a salon or in an academy. Her great ease in dissecting, popularizing and simplifying concepts makes her an exceptional educator. She likes to share tips, tricks that are useful behind the chair. She is particularly fond of trendy and easily adaptable looks for today's clientele. In addition to a BAC in professional and technical training, she recently graduated from CQPNL as an NLP Coach.
