TRACY SILKSTONE

Tracy Silkstone has been in the hair industry for more than 35 years and enjoys sharing her salon experiences as a mentor and facilitating to fellow salon professionals. As a Redken Artist and a 3rd generation hair stylist, Tracy, has achieved many awards and recognitions within the hair fashion industry through Redken education herself.

Tracy has embraced a deeper knowledge of all thing’s hair, business development and specializing in hair color. One of her proudest accomplishments has been becoming one of the first Redken Certified Hair Colorists in Canada and enjoys the role of Redken Certified Evaluator. Her formula for success comes from a history of great teachers and living the Redken methodologies. Tracy’s programs and presentation skills have helped many salon professionals increase their skills, focus on client retention and expand their creativity.
