The Shampoo lathers well and cleans without drying my hair out and striping the natural oils like other brands out there. The conditioner moisturized my hair leaving it soft and silky. The Hydramelt is the cherry on top. I applied it to damp hair and I definitely noticed less frizz. It did not weigh down my hair and also did not make it feel greasy or sticky. After 4 uses of this 3-step routine I noticed my hair/curls to be more manageable and on top of that the scent is divine. I completely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Redken All Soft Curls Shampoo before using the conditioner and treatment. I used it for a full week before writing this, so this is my honest review for using only this product line in that time frame. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this line for curly hair! It makes my curls super soft, more defined and with way less frizz. It smells really nice. I never used Redken before, but now I'm a fan of the brand. This shampoo is luxuriously rich and creamy. It lathers really well and cleans very well too. The conditioner is the perfect moisturizer for my curly hair and locks in moisture while giving an ultra soft texture. It's amazing. Seriously.

So far, I've been using the shampoo conditioner and hydramelt for a week and it's made my curls more defined and noticeably bouncy. A little bit goes a long way. I love how my hair looks when completely dry. My curls look so healthy with no frizz. I will definitely add this to my go-to-hair routine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair detangle pretty easy. My hair is long and curls. I usually spend so much time trying to detangle my hair after shampooing. Also , some hair conditioner makes my tangle hair worst but not using this hair conditioner. It leaves my hair soft and so hydrated. Even when my hair dries it , my curls looks amazingly.

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .
No, I do not recommend this product.

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
