Left it on for 5 minutes in shower, and wow it really brightened my blonde. Like it's fresh out the salon bright! I can not wait to do the rest of my hair next time I shower. My hair is balyaged blonde for reference. I was surprised this product was a lot more blue than the usual purple shampoo I use but I think this helps it cancel out both yellow and orange brassiness. Give this a try if you love that platinum, cool toned blonde!!

It didn't leave my hair feeling dry afterwards, but it really brought out the faded color in my hair. A great way to extend your color without using harsh chemicals.

I have used many different anti-brass toning shampoos and have never had one that made my hair change color. In less than 4 minutes I had accidentally highlighted my hair with pink highlights. This was completely my error and the product did exactly what the product was intended to do. It was a gorgeous gentle baby pink that has faded out. The product did leave my hair hydrated while didn't weighing it down. I was able to style my hair and loved the gentle change in color. If you are wanting to try a new look, this is a great way to change it up a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Redken's Blondage Color Extend Mask – Icy Blonde. It smells great, and does exactly what it promises to do. My blonde highlights were getting tired and looking brassy and this mask changed all that in one application. My only issue is the extra step it requires to regain the blonde. I normally use a terrific purple shampoo in the shower that stays in for 1-5 mins. Redken's Blondage Color Extend Mask – Icy Blonde needs to be applied on towel-dried hair and left in for 5-10 mins before being rinsed out. So while it did a great job, I'll be sticking with the purple shampoo I use in the shower and cutting out this extra step.

This Redken Blondage Color Extend Mask in Honey Beige has been quite impressive. The results were immediate! It only has to be left on for 5-10 minutes per treatment depending on desired hue. I did the full 10 minute mask application and was left with a shockingly beautiful more warm and golden hue than prior to use. I would definitely recommend to all other blondes out there. The only reason I didn't give a fifth star is because I find doing masks to be rather tedious and this one in particular was a little bit messy for me.

I am 51 years old and wanted something fun for the summer that was not permanent. Following the directions is very important so you get the full effect of the Rose Blonde mask. The pink is very vibrant when you squeeze the hair mask from the tube. Do not let that alarm you. You apply after washing and towel drying your hair, Apply roots to tips , comb through and leave on for 10 minutes. An added bonus to the color tint is the deep conditioning benefits your hair receives. This mask does an amazing job .

My scalp gets sore spots due to autoimmune illnesses I have; I waited a few weeks hoping my skin would calm down- it didn't. I went ahead and tried the Blobdage color mask anyway. It did lighten my hair a bit. It held up for about five days then started to fade as it washed out. I did not have or purchase the same line's shampoo or any other product, I used what I had on hand. The product had a pleasant scent and the directions were easy to follow. I may use it again. I would recommend it to friends for them to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a level 9/10 but pull warmer tones, I tried this on my own hair & the results were amazing! It toned out all of the warmer tones and left me with a nice ashy blonde color. We also have rural water where I am from, so my toner seems to fade more quickly...I feel this would be a nice refresher in between blonding/toning sessions at home. The only downfall I would say is that to me, it smells more manly & it really weighed my hair down even after rinsing it for a while. I can normally go 3-4 days without washing but needed to wash again the next day. Overall I would purchase this again & I cant wait to try it out in my salon.

However, I ended up with a pinkish hue in my hair. It was cool! I was able to wash it out in 2 washes as well. I've never really used a product like this before, but this one preformed way better than expected. You could leave it on longer than it says to get more color depositing onto your blonde hair. I don't think it would work with darker hair. I will use this or another color in the future if I want a subtle, pretty color so I don't have to commit to long term color in my highlights.

Redken Blondage Color Extend Mask – Icy Blonde was so good for helping eliminate brass from my hair. It smells good. It makes my hair super soft and smooth. I didn't get a purple tint in my hair after using. I could immediately see and feel the difference. I totally recommend this for all icy blondes.

I used this Redken Blondage Rose Blonde to add some shimmery pink tones to my periwinkle blue current hair and I love it. Next time I'm going to leave it on for the full time! It didn't stain my skin or shower, and it was a subtle enough color wash that it could easily be used frequently. I love it!

I found the best way to use this for my best results, was to add to dry hair and wash out in shower. It can be brighter pink if you leave in longer, and lighter pink if less time. I love how it fades to lighter pink after a couple of days wear. I will definitely buy this in the future and reccomend to others.

I have platinum blonde hair that I've bleached for years myself. My roots are oily and ends a dry and split. After using this mask, it has made my ends severely smooth and the purple/blue has brought back my platinum into truly being platinum without the yellow undertone

It has a really nice light scent and it didn't irritate my skin or scalp at all. It didn't stain my skin or the bathroom surfaces. It did deposit a light pink color in my hair. It left my bleached hair so soft and my curls are bouncy. And next day curls still look amazing.

I also was not thrilled that you have to towel dry your hair, use gloves, then rinse off after 5-10 mins, and try not to get it on your scalp. I prefer doing my hair regime in the shower and not having to get back in to rinse. Not everyone has a sink or tub to rinse your hair in. After I used it as directed, I have not noticed any change in my hair color or texture. Am I supposed to after one use? After 3 uses?? Very unclear on what this product is supposed to do.

After using my hair looked great and looked shiny, plus it felt so soft. And before I used it my hair was dry and unhealthy looking. This product is best for light to medium blonde hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this! I've used a lot of color depositing masks and conditioners and this isn't the best. It's not what I would call "rose blonde", it's pink. The color doesn't bother me, but someone else might be disappointed looking for a rose blonde and getting just plain pink. Most disappointing is that it's spotty. I've done this process multiple times, and normally prefer using the product on dry hair, but I followed the directions and used it on wet towel-dried hair. I used gloves and sectioned 1-2 inch strips and used a fine tooth comb, applied heavily and evenly and even with all of that, it's just plain spotty coverage. My hair is mostly very light blonde so that it didn't evenly coat looks odd. And having a conditioner mask on my hair for over 10 minutes means my hair should be VERY silky smooth afterwards, except my hair wasn't afterwards at all. You can see in the photo it looks frizzy and dull. I wish it was better, but it's just not great at all.

LOVE THIS MASK!!! ive been getting balayages and highlights for the past 3 years and was starting to get bored of my hair, so i decided to go pink!!! the first application my hair was a subtle rose gold but i wanted it a little more vibrant so i did a second application!! i love it!! and my hair smells so good

This Icy Blonde mask has been my savior lately. I love my hair nice and icy and whenever I feel like the tone of my hair isn’t that, I just use this in the shower leave it on for about 5 minutes or so and my hair looks super cool toned and I love it. I bought 2 more after I used it because it’s just that good.

This product is amazing. My hair gets really brassy because my water is hard and this took every bit of yellow out leaving me with a shade of blonde that was exactly the level of icy I was looking for. Also very good with moisturizing and left my hair looking smooth and feeling super soft.

This mask did not stain my shower or my hands unlike other brands. I do not really prefer the scent but my color seems to be lasting longer so it's perfect in my opinion.

Love using this as my weekly toner for my blonde hair. I was originally using the shampoo version which was making my hair feel dry and look dull. This was the perfect solution. My hair feels so moisturized and doesn’t leave it feeling weighed down at all. I definitely need to stock up.

I’ve had to stop using purple shampoo because it has been drying my hair so bad and I can’t stand it any longer. I have dry hair as it is and any purple shampoo I use is just horrid. So I’ve started using this and I love it. I definitely will not be returning to any purple shampoo.

But you can leave on longer if you want more. That is what is great about it is you can control the color saturation bases on YOUR needs!
