I was a little bit sceptical about it, since I have an oily scalp, but after a few times I called in love with it! I live in Houston and we have a lot of humidity and it's very hard to calm and straight my hair. My hair feels so soft, shiny and manageable. I love everything about this product and definitely would recommend it to anyone!

I used this to tame my hair for curls and no frizzy fly-aways! Even day 2 no wash it still kept my frizz very tame. A dime sized amount goes a long way and the smell is heavenly!

I must rub my head on my pillow as I sleep as well because I get terrible friction spots and this helps smooth and defrizz instantly! When you couple it with the other products it's truly incredible!

I've used other brands that claim to help with frizz, but no joke, this definitely works much much better. I do a lot of traveling and going from dry to humid I feel like is even worse. I feel like my hair is normal again when I use this. I've used this now on wet hair and dry, both ways still come out great. My hair is color treated and I feel confident this is still protecting my hair. Smells wonderful too! A nice citrus scent and smells super fresh. I'm ecstatic with this, especially after other products just weren't doing that great of a job. I definitely, absolutely recommend!

I personally would not buy the Frizz Dismiss Instant Deflate Humid Oil-for future use due to the fact that is very heavy. I have very thick hair and it did weigh it down quiet a bit. This is an oil I will continue to use - but not for everyday use. I was not aware of the Frizz Dismiss Instant Deflate Humid Oil before participating in this program but I am happy to try the product and write an honest review. I love the lightweight feel and that it doesn't make hair greasy! I used it on my bleached ends. I also like the smell! I wish there was a product that actually blocked out frizz 100%. Redken gives it a valient effort but my cuticles are just blown opened from the over processing. Not much that can be done. My photo is after flat ironing. I feel like I've tried every frizz reduction oil on the shelves and I think Redken Frizz Dismiss Instant Deflate Humid Oil might be the best product I've ever used. I have thick, curly hair and I like to straighten it but sometimes just stepping outside makes it curl right back up. I found that when I used this oil after towel drying my hair it worked wonders! I literally went 3 days without straightening or washing my hair and no frizz! (Just a little dry shampoo to freshen it up). I can't wait to share this little secret with my girlfriends so they can buy and use it!

I have color treated hair that I am growing out so I have a million little fly aways and frizzy hair. This stuff works amazingly to lay them down. It's definitely the product I will reach for when I am straightening my hair. Feels great, smell even better and works wonders. The only thing is since you are putting oil in your hair means it will need washing a bit sooner than if you don't.

REDKEN's frizz dismiss instant deflate oil-in-serum helped calm my frizzy hair without leaving any greasy residue. Once I got that down (about 1.5 pumps) it is perfect! Doesn't weigh down my hair but takes the frizz and makes my hair SO soft. I flat iron my hair and for decades I have used an anti-humidity pomade from Aveda, although the smell is no good and it's quite tick, it was my only option. Lately, as a 46 yo with aging and drying skin and hair, I have been using lots of oils, for face and hair but they don't necessarily protect from humidity when I straighten my hair, until this product. I applied the oil after I flat ironed my hair, I live in TX so it can get very humid, my straight hair lasted for couple of days and I didn't get the puffiness with humidity nor I had to re straighten my hair daily. I also love the smell. On the next days, I just added more oil and my hair felt refreshed without loosing the style. This oil feels light, is not heavy at all, it adds shine, a little goes a long way, and keeps my hair styled for days. Plus, Redken is a brand that I have trust for many years. I've used so many hair oils and serums so far in my hair and nothing seemed to work. Like, literally my hair would either look like greasy frying pan or be everywhere over my face. I think the Babassu oil in this oil-in-serum really made the difference. Cause not only it smoothed out my unruly, frizzy hair, it gave it that healthy shine. It's a fine line between having a hair that has that healthy shine versus straight up oily. It doesn't have any fragrance at all which is perfect. It is not too thick, and only a small amount is needed to get the desired effect. I applied it on a slightly damp hair /towel dried/, and when my hair dried completely, no frizz was detected! My hair was silky smooth! I only used it on special occasions, but was able to stock up on it during Black Friday sale, so I'm using it every day after I wash my hair. I absolutely love this oil-in-serum!

This Redken Frizz Dismiss Instant Deflate Humid Oil is not one I was aware of before I tried. I have tried several products and this worked well if I used after my hair was dried and styled. Let's first start with the packaging, the bottle is sleek and stylish so you automatically think, this is going to be a luxurious product. The smell/scent is for me the best thing, it is wonderful fresh and clean smell. I like that it is an easy to use pump, one doesn't need much of this oil, a pump or two in your palms and then glide it on your frizzy hair, my hair smoothed and de-frizzed immediately! Leaving a slick and smooth hairstyle. Compared to others I have tried I felt this worked a little better in no weighting my hair down or looking greasy. I will continue to use this product as part of my haircare routine. Only negative for me was if I used on my wet hair before styling hair was a little lifeless and heavy otherwise great product.
