This product is the best conditioner, de-tangler, frizz-fighter, strengthener, and all you need for your hair. I always buy two because I would be dead if I ever ran out.

Best stuff ever. The only product that works on my fine thin graying hair, especially in beyond dry Colorado. I have tried other Redken products when Ulta is out of All Soft Supple Touch and I regret it each time. I have tried other brands as well and regret that each time too. I do not know why I cant find it at Ulta right now. It makes my heart break because my hair is NOT the same without Supple Touch. Literally the only detangler/conditioner that works on my head of hair! Best hands down.

I have been using this product for a few years daily. I am so upset that it has been discontinued. I don't want to use the mask, I just want to spray this in my hair daily and blow dry like I normally do. So sad about this!

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .
No, I do not recommend this product.

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
