- After shampooing with Retaliate Shampoo, apply and distribute from scalp through ends.

I have very thin hair always have. I have tried every vitamin to every hair cream and shampoo & conditioner nothing helped. Until I started using Redken Cerafill Retaliate. My hair always looks and feels thicker. I can tell the difference if I dont use it. Ive always been told by friends and co workers how much healthier and fuller my hair looks since I started using it. I would recommend this to anyone who is having problems making their hair feel and look thicker. I'm now not ashamed to wear my hair down in public.

Have used this formula for more than two years. Have thinning, very fine hair and this formula works very very well. I shampoo daily and Redken never lets me down.

good but please make products without menthol

I just started using , good results so far, but will not be using anymore ,because of the ingredient menthol,please make products without menthol,as menthol on the skin or scalp is a no-no, it is very irritating! I do not understand why the people responsible for making scalp and skin products do not know about the ingredients that should not be used, when most lay people know about them.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This product may be on the pricier side but it is worth every penny! We have the shampoo / conditioner for us students to use on our guests and it never fails to amaze. My mother on law is in love with it, uses it once a week and we saw a difference within the first few treatments, all her friends compliment on how nice and full her hair has begun to look already.

I use the matching shampoo and that is great. Very minty, thickening and foamy. However this conditioner doesn’t have a smooth texture and I feel like you have to fill your whole hand with product for it to coat all of your hair. It doesn’t add shine or make your hair feel un-knotty.

I’m a cosmetologist & love this line by Redken. Unlike other thinning products, I feel I notice a difference overall in the density of my using this line. It’s light & doesn’t weigh hair down, smells nice & gets your scalp nice & clean.

I’ve lost a lot of my hair due to alopecia and my hair is starting to grow back so I decided to try this product. It is helping some but I will give it a few more months to fully see any difference if any.

I love this conditioner. Redeem is one of my favorite hair products line everything they have is amazing. This product smells so so so good and I love the way it makes my hair feel so soft and smooth!

I used it in the shower and let it sit. I combed it through before rinsing it out. It worked like it should but, I wasn't in love with the fragrance.

This is great to help restore damaged hair! I noticed quite a bit of difference after using this product! My hair became more stronger and shinier !

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
