The person covering your ticket should either register on your behalf or will issue you with a discount code that you can enter during registration.

Do I need to register?

Yes, you will need to register on this website and purchase your ticket. Your place is not secured until full and final payment has been made.

Is the Caesars Forum connected to Caesars Palace?

The Caesars Forum is not connected to Caesars Palace. The Forum is across the street from the resort.

Will there be translation?

Do I need to select my classes?

All hair education is held on one Mainstage. Business education is held on a separate stage in the Business Forum.

How do I attend the Business Forum?

You must purchase the Business Forum ticket to access the Business Forum classes. Business Forum tickets also include access to the Mainstage classes.

What is the difference between a Business Forum & Mainstage ticket?

The Redken Mainstage ticket focuses on hair education, artistry, and inspiration for stylists at all levels.
The Business Forum ticket is designed for Business Owners and Leaders, focusing on leadership, wellbeing, and motivation. Both tickets include access to the Opening Night Welcome Event & Redken Bash.

How can I buy my Symposium ticket?

You can buy your ticket in one of three ways:

• C5A: https://c5a.redken.ca/ redeem a voucher to receive a promo code for use on the Symposium official website

How soon after purchase will I receive my ticket?

If purchased at https://powernetwork.redken.com/, you will receive confirmation shortly after completing payment.

If purchased via C5A, you will receive a promocode within 3–5 business days of your transaction. Then please complete registration on https://powernetwork.redken.com/.

You will receive confirmation shortly after completing payment (of $0). The confirmation will be sent. If you don’t receive within 5 business days, please contact [email protected].

Can I pay for my ticket using Club 5th Avenue points?

Yes! To use Club 5th Avenue points please do the following:

1. Head over to the C5A website and find the Redken Symposium 2026 tile.
2. Redeem your Club 5th Ave points to purchase your ticket.
3. The Redken Canada team will process your request and SEND DETAILS OF YOUR TICKET PROMOCODE DIRECTLY TO THE EMAIL SUBMITTED ON THE C5A ACCOUNT.
4. On receipt of these details USE YOUR PROMOCODE TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION at this website. https://powernetwork.redken.com/
5. This code will be sent from [email protected] to the email address attached to the c5a account AND the email address provided during points redemption. This process may  take 3-5 working days from your redemption on the c5a website.

What if I don’t have enough Club 5th Avenue Points?

If you don’t have enough points to cover the full cost of your Symposium 2026 ticket, you can still purchase a ticket on the symposium website which you may later submit your receipt and request a reimbursement from c5a with your receipt. Simply use the reimbursement tile on C5A and indicate the amount you’d like to be reimbursed, up to the maximum allowed. https://c5a.redken.ca/

Can I change my attendance to another event on the Redken calendar?

No, Redken Symposium tickets arenon-refundable and non-transferable.
