My hair texture is fine and wavy but with a tons of frizz besides I go to salon often to do color and besides that I blow and flat iron 2x times per week I went to my local salon and this all soft mega mask caught my attention inmmediately because repairs dry and brittle hair, I bought it and use it the next day and inmeadiately after applying I was able to feel the difference. Gives you instant soft, moisture and repairs your hair ends if you had them before like straw and dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Redken Conditioning Mega Mask. I have been using it for a few weeks now and my hair is so much softer, shiny and more manageable! I have been using it 2x a week for 5 mins each time. After the first time i used it, i noticed a difference immediately. I am very impressed with this & will continue to use it on a regular basis. The tube has 2 creams in it that come out together and is very easy to use. (If you buy redken, you might be familiar, a few of their products are the same way) They even show you on the back where to press, basically, the center of the tube to get even distribution. I would recommend this to anyone who has dry and brittle hair, looking to have healthier looking locks!!

It leaves my hair super soft, shiny, and not weighed down. No build up whatsoever, while still being so conditioning and hydrating. Super easy to use and it's a really neat process, how you press right in the middle to combine both formulas, creating this miracle cream for your hair. It's the first product I've ever seen with anything like this and it is seriously revolutionary haircare.

I have very long hair that's susceptible to damage and breakage. I use a flat iron almost every day and have noticed a lot of flyaways. I have been using this mask about twice a week for a few weeks now and my hair looks and feels so much healthier. The mask is very thick and rich with a light scent. I apply it to my damp hair after shampooing and leave it on for several minutes. After I rinse, I can feel how much smoother and softer my hair feels. I wouldn't use this mask anymore than a couple times a week because it is so heavy. Overall, I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a deep conditioning treatment.

And I mostly don't use deep conditioning mask because I use leave in conditioner and thought it would be to much. But I gave this a chance and even though I didn't have the rest of the Redken products to use with it for the "full effect" it wasn't bad. I couldn't definitely see a more visible shine and less frizz. So I will be looking into deep conditioning more frequently because of these results. ♥️ And I think buy the rest of that line to see the full monty.

I have been working on go natural with my haircare but my hair is getting to the length now that I have to do something with it. I was given this in exchange for my honest opinion and it was exactly what I've been looking for. I have 3B curls and this have given my curls shine and bounce they haven't had in years. There hasn't been any buildup and my hair feels soft and moisturized between washes. It is a little annoying having to press the bottle a certain way but I will gladly take that over what I have been dealing with with my hair the last few years.

Five years ago I got my whole head bleached to a platinum blonde from black box dye so I could have purple hair. Bad idea. You can not safely do that to your hair and expect to still have hair. I didn't know this since I wasn't licensed then. The woman who did it fried my hair to no return. I took off 6 inches of hair when I really needed 8 but hoped for the best. I bought thus mask hoping it would save me from cutting the rest. I started using it every other wash and it is a miracle. My hair had never felt better. It was styleable again it didn't look or feel damaged and the product wasn't heavy. LOVED.

My hair gets very tangled since it's very curly and I need conditioners that nourish and moisturize my curls. This has a relaxing scent, and I like to let it sit in my hair for about 20 minutes to deep condition it. I have seen a noticeable difference since using this in my hair.

I did not like this product at all.
I love using All Soft products so when I saw this and all the great reviews I couldn't wait to try it.
I was very disappointed.
I have chemically treated hair, it's very dry and frizzy. However, I usually maintain it's softness with oils and hair masks. So it's ok.
I've tried using this mask several times to make sure I knew how this product would impact my hair.
This hair masks made my hair EXTREMELY dry and VERY unmanageable. I couldn't run my fingers through it, there was something left behind in my hair. I don't recommend it, I won't use it again.

I had used something similar in the past with great results so I was expecting good things. Well Redken far exceeded those expectations!! Using this product returned my hair to better then I have ever had it. My hairdresser was very impressed with the change she saw from one month to the next. Application was easy as the bottle gives you a specific place to push to ensure the formula is mixed. This is crucial as I tried from the top of the bottle and it does not dispense properly. The smell is fantastic and while the formula does seem very thick, it seems to spread easily through the hair. My main complaint is that it says to apply after towel dried hair. I didn't like having to stop my shower to dry hair, then apply. I assume you could do it afterwards, but it still needs rinsed out.

Not too strong, not too weak. I used this mask in the shower, I didn't have to use a lot. My hair is way past my shoulders and a little bit was enough to saturate my hair. I let it sit for 5 minutes and rinsed it. I could tell right away that it helped my hair. After drying it, my hair looked and felt luxurious and silky. I couldn't keep my hands out of my hair! It will definitely be my go to mask from here on out.

I've tried different detangle sprays, conditioners, and leave in conditioners and haven't found one that meets my expectations. I tried the mega mask and it worked pretty good. I applied it to damp hair in the shower and let it sit a few minutes. I was able to use my detangle brush in the shower and brush through all the knots. Once my hair dried it was silky and very soft. I could tell it was more manageable using the mega mask. Will be buying more!

I used this product for a while and really liked it. I have thick dark hair and always get cool blonde highlights so In order to maintain my color I need to use purple shampoos that are really drying to my hair. I needed something to condition my hair that I could use with my purple shampoo. The lady at my local Ulta recommended this product to me and I really liked it. I only gave it 4 stars because I ended up finding another mask by Redken that I love even more.

I bought this from my salon hoping it would be as amazing as other products. I rinsed very well after 10 minutes left my hair to air dry for an hour and then blowdryed. My scalp and roots are greasy/oily and I look like I haven't washed my hair in weeks! Super embarrassing to wear to work this way. I would have been better off with the frizz mess. It does smell pretty good, and gave some moisture to my ends but definately not going to use again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have extremely dry hair by nature, I do not dye or bleach it and use heat styler a handful of times a year. This mask being intended to deep condition I thought would be a hit but unfortunately, it performs like your average conditioner. I felt like my hair was soft after coming out of the shower and was able to detangle fairly easy but the softness faded away by the next day and my hair went back to looking dry and stiff.

I loved how shiny and silky my hair looked and felt. I have medium hair, but I noticed that it left my roots quite oily the following day and made my hair weigh down. If you want volume in your hair, this might not be good for you. If your hair is dry and brittle, this ugly be perfect for you.

My hair dresser used this on me, however i love the smell and she said this was stay in my hair up to 30 washes. I’m starting to regret getting a deep conditioning treatment! I washed my hair 4 times in the last 3 days and my hair still feels so heavy as if so much product is in my hair. It feels awful! Yes it feels hydrated and super moisturized but i can’t straighten it how i want to! Ugh

When trying this it was a bit difficult to get the dark brown part to come out also. Once I did the smell was really pleasant. I used this in the shower after shampooing and left it in while I finished shaving etc. it made a difference in the moisture in my hair and I use it twice a week.

It left my hair like silk. Just make sure you apply a leave in conditioner and hair oil afterwards because when I did not follow those steps, my hair lost all the moisture from this mask. That is not the products fault though, you’re supposed to use multiple products/a hair routine. This is the line I will stick with, even if I experiment with other products.

I purchased this recently hoping it would provide similar effects to the in salon chemistry all soft treatment. I've only used it a couple times but when I use it, it appears that only the outer white product is dispensing and not the inner brown product in the inner chamber. I love the product and its results but I'm unsure if its dispensing correctly.

I used this product when it was sold in a tub. It was the best conditioning treatment I had ever used. Then they changed it to a tube and it had a lot thicker consistency. It didn’t work anywhere near as well. My hairdresser told me that they had changed the formula. Such a shame I loved it. If it was the old formula I’d give it a five star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meh. I was kind of disappointed with Redken on this one. I had trouble getting the product from the inner tube to dispense properly so ended up with more product from outer tube. I just found the packaging annoying. After much struggle I found the product to be decent but not the quality I usually get with my other Redken products.

This is literally my favorite conditioner/mask I have ever tried. My hair breaks less and feels great after using it. And smells good too! All Soft Deep Conditioning Mega Mask For Dry & Brittle Hair Thank you you are amazing! And I wouldn't say it breaks the bank to buy it on the regular either but isn't super cheap either.

I try deep conditioning to try and make it more shiny and full of body. This mask does work fine. I didn't particularly like the smell, but it was very faint. I also found the tube a bit difficult to squeeze.

YES! this stuff is amazing! My brittle hair feels really good after using this! It smells really good! :) I think its very effective in helping my hair become healthier. It is on the pricer side for the mask, in my opinion. its 30 dollars for a 6.7 oz bottle. I wish there was more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is restorative and not too heavy. My hair was extra moisturized but not weighed down. What I don't love about it is the design (which is a little fussy) with 2 ingredients you need to squeeze out simultaneously, and then the smell (which is very rich. almost chocolatey?).

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
