[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely shocked with this product. I decided to try it out when I used my clarifying shampoo since that tends to dry my hair out a bit. I followed the instructions, putting it in after shampooing (didn't use conditioner, just the mask). I was a bit nervous since I have a very oily scalp (and very dry ends), so I was hoping it wouldn't cause me to be more oily. The slip on this product is amazing!!! I left it on while I shaved my legs in the shower. I let my hair air dry. It is now the second day and my hair feels the same as it did after I washed it! I'm usually oily by now, but I'm not at all & my hair feels so soft. I wasn't expecting to see immediate results after the first use, but I'm so happy. I have included the before and after!

My hair is dry and brittle from just over the years of heat and color, so finding a good hair mask is important for helping my hair be healthy again. This All Soft Heavy Cream Mask was perfect. The smell has a perfume scent that is nice and the consistency is just right. I apply the mask and after about 10 minutes I wash it off and can just feel my hair change. Once dried, my hair is so smooth, so soft and just feels so good! I will definitely be continuing use of this hair mask!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the chance to try Redken All Soft Heavy Cream Mask, thanks to BzzAgent. I have dry, coarse hair, so I was excited to see if it would live up to its claims. I followed the directions and left the cream in my hair for 10 minutes after shampooing and then rinsed it out and styled as usual. I was really pleased with the results! The product had a great consistency, a pleasant smell and left my hair feeling really soft. The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to work. However, this did not detract from the overall results, which I was really pleased with. I've now added this to my hair care routine and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I thought the name was long while not really telling me what the product was for and the instructions were vague. I loved the creamy texture of the product, it felt nice on the hair. The process of using the product (having to get in shower, then towel dry hair, then apply product, wait for 5-15 min, then get back in shower to rinse off) was tedious and not really worth the final outcome. Hair was soft and smooth, but not any more than I notice with a conditioner. Overall a nice product but I don't see the value to adding to my routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hair cas l can is very soft and smells great at the same time! The only thing I was unsure of with my busy schedule is keeping it on for 10 minutes. Other nests I have tried it was 5 to 7 minutes so I didn't have to take too much time out of my busy mom/ Sports / working schedule. But once I did find the time to use it by the instructions, my hair was much softer and smoother. I also have not had a hair trim and quite some time so it did soften up the edges that were coarse for a while. I will be trying this again once I get my haircut to see hopefully even better results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this hair mask on clean, damp hair and leave it on for the max amount of time (15 minutes) before washing it out. Out of all the hair masks I've tried, this one has the lightest scent. It barely smells like anything, which could be a good thing for some, but I like my hair products to smell nice. After using this product, my hair did look and feel softer the next day. So, it does work, and works even better with consistent use. I try to use it once a week to maintain the softness and improve my hair texture. The mask itself is on the thicker side, so I did use a bit more product to cover my entire head. However, the squeeze bottle makes it easy to get product out. Overall, this mask is good, but I don't think I'll personally get it again because it doesn't have much of a scent. However, if you need something that isn't very fragranced then this would be worth trying!

I've used this product for approximately two weeks and have been very pleased with my results. My hair is very dry and brittle from daily styling and routine coloring but after using this mask, my hair is much smoother and soft to the touch. It has argan oil, which also gives a shine to the hair. It has a very clean smell and does not weigh down my hair. I use it on clean towel dried hair and let the products sit for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing my hair. I will continue to use this mask weekly to help improve the moisture in my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not believe how soft and amazing the Redken All Soft Heavy Cream Mask has made my hair! I get my hair highlighted every couple of months at the salon and it has really taken a toll on my hair's health. This cream mask has transformed my hair from dry and brittle to hydrated and strong. It's tamed my frizz and flyaways. My hair has even regained its natural wavy texture and it only does that when it's healthy.
What I really like about this mask is that even though it's a heavy cream it doesn't weigh my hair down or make it feel greasy. I also love the wonderful scent of this product. It leaves my hair smelling amazing too.
Redken is a brand I've used and trusted for years. It's also the brand my hairdresser uses. This thick and luxurious mask is another example of their salon-quality products and reminds me of why they are always my first choice for haircare products. I would definitely purchase this product again and again!

I have very fine, thin, dark hair that is color treated with blonde highlights. I thought this might be a good product for moisturizing due to the blonde. It made my hair look dull and limp. The mix just wasn't jiving. However, my niece who has color treated blonde hair LOVED this product and ended up taking it home. She also has fine hair, but more color treatment. The rich moisture is just what she needed and made her hair feel soft and nourished. Even though it didn't work for me, I would absolutely recommend this product.

This mask is not only repairing, incorporating keratin/a protein complex, but it’s also moisturizing and hydrating. This leaves my hair like silk. Just MAKE SURE you are applying leave in conditioner, cream, and hair oil when your hair is damp because the wonderful properties this product offers with evaporate the next day. That’s because deep conditioners or hair treatments are made with specific silicones and you need to follow a hair care ROUTINE with all sorts of speciality products. You cannot expect this mask to do everything under the sun. If you want nice hair, you have to invest in a leave in conditioner, hair oil, etc… to lock in that moisture.

I love this conditioner as a deep hydration and refresh for my hair. Especially after back to back days of styling with dry shampoos and hairsprays which contain alcohol and suck the moisture out. Heavy Cream is just that. A heavy hair cream. It's the hair equivalent for the supple feeling your skin gets after using your grandma's thick, heavy night cream. As a licensed Cosmetologist, I used this for years following chemical treatments and for anyone who's hair just needed a little more life put back into it. It is great for all hair types. Just avoid the scalp and focus on the mid-shaft to ends and leave in while you shower to give it some time to work it's magic.

The product says to leave it in for 5-15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly which is easy to do while in the shower. Both times I used it I shampooed like normal and then applied the All Soft Heavy Cream Mask. I left it in for 5 minutes while I finished the rest of my shower. I have been using this product for years and years! My hair is curly and I bleach it! I use it almost every day on the bottom half of my hair it is the only thing that keeps it soft and manageable. Earlier this year I couldn't find it at all for a little while and now that it is back in stock you have changed the formula. For me it is now no different than a regular conditioner. It is no longer that thick amazing conditioning treatment that it was. What happened? There a way I can get the old formula? I would love to stock up or I wish you would change it back! I have no idea what to try in place of it

Wow! This product is incredible. I wanted something to make my hair feel softer and look more lively, and this did exactly that! The mask has you use it when your hair is damp then wash out after a lil while. I felt that this was a little time consuming because that meant you would need to hop back into the shower. I did however like the smell and how it made my hair feel after. The only downside is the price is a little steep but a little goes a long way. I was nervous it would make my hair greasy since I have oily skin, but I never had any problems. I used it once a week and could feel a difference in my hair texture in about two weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream was actually pretty nice. It's not something I would want to use very often but I would definitely use again. My hair was so beautiful and soft the next day (I washed it at night) but it made my hair very heavy. My hair is naturally wavy. If I put effort into it, it would be a bit more than wavy/curly. But this cream made it pretty straight. The day after (I try to go a few days between washing) my hair was very greasy) so I unfortunately couldnt go more than a day without washing which isn't typical for my hair. Overall I think it is a great product and made my hair look and feel so beautiful. I would use it again. It smelled so good. Was very easy to use. And was on par with all my other favorite redken products

Heavenly hair mask!

This hair mask is heavenly. The smell alone is delicious and it feels so luxurious. I have chemically treated, white-blonde wavy hair (naturally dirty blonde), with fine texture. I have a TON of hair though, so I’m prone to some pretty intense tangles and damage. This mask penetrates tangles and knots like butter. My hair looks so healthy and feels so soft and pretty after using it. I put it in my hair after shampooing and leave it in for about 15 minutes while I shave and pamper myself. When I rinse, I have ZERO tangles and gorgeous hair. Highly recommend!

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
