[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Warning! If you're sensitive to menthol products this will NOT be a fun experience for you! Meanwhile, if you dont find menthol products troublesome- you may find this exhilarating and envigorating. My partner now swears by this hair mask, (Their hair is INCREDIBLY curly and requires daily detangling), whereas I could barely BARELY keep it on my hair for the few minutes it suggested on the bottle, because the tingly scalp and intense smell was too much. SO, your mileage may vary, even in the same household! I personally will not be purchasing this product OR using it myself, but I suspect since it did so well for my partners' hair that I'll be seeing more of it in my future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so my mask was locked in with a steamer for extra boost!!! I will say Redken did amazing on this line!!! For a woman of color I never thought their products were for me or my hair type!!! I have thick long coarse hair that is curly at times and wavy at times. It does it’s own thing. I sweat a lot and my scalp get dry and it does shed. So this treatment was definitely for me! So after using the shampoo and conditioner I sat with the mask on for about 15 minutes for the full effect with a steamer to trap in the goodness! I love that the line is affordable and of great quality!!! My hair feels and looks amazing!!!!!

After shampooing, you put this thru your hair thoroughly and I let it set for just a min than rinsed out and OMG...it made my hair feel sooooo good! I could feel the difference in it almost right away. It says it has Niacinamide+ 6% length care complex and is a pH balanced formula! I gotta say it's my new fave! Def recommend.

You can definitely tell a difference when using it even just when you brush your hair after getting out of the shower, your hair just feels healthy and alive. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The treatment reminds me of the Loreal wonder water but much better since it’s a thicker cream and is much easier to use. After shampoo I put the treatment from root to end and left it on for five minutes. It felt little warm when you initially put it on. After rinsing my hair was soooo soft I could run my fingers through without any snagging. I followed up with the conditioner and then used my leave in conditioner and oil as usual. My hair felt a lot softer and moisturized. The best thing is that my ends don’t feel as dry as they were before and this lasts for a good two days before I wash my hair again. You don’t need to use too much product so it will last you a long time. I’ve been using this once a week for two weeks and am very happy with how much healthier my hair has been.

The beautiful packaging, the nice aroma, and most importantly the way it made my hair feel! I have used this for a month now and I have seen a slight change in the fullness of my hair. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As mentioned in my shampoo review in the weeks leading up to beginning this regimen I was seeing a lot of hair loss, presumably related to the hair products I was using. After a week of using this my hair loss was back to the typical few loose hairs with brushing and hair ties. My hair feels stronger and healthier. I like the smell of the product and adding a treatment like this to my regular routine just makes it feel like a special thing. I can definitely see myself using this regimen in the future, especially if I'm having difficulty with hair strength. It's a great price considering the level of benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed at how well this product worked on my oily hair! At first I was using this product all over my hair but it made my hair greasy the next day. So I started applying it just in my ends and it made a huge difference! My hair looks better, feels better and smells amazing! After the shampoo, I make sure it gets on my hair (ends only) and wait for about 3 minutes in the shower. Then rinse it, once your hair dries, you’ll notice the results. It’s incredible! I also want to mention that I’ve had long hair since I’m very young but since I cut my hair super short (2 years ago), I felt like my hair wasn’t growing super fast… until now! I think this product has made my hair stronger and it has started growing faster, which I’m super excited about!
I’ve been using the 3 products together: the shampoo, the conditioner and the treatment mask. Love this new routine!

I have a very fine hair that tangles very easily and a lot. As I was massaging it into my hair it was very relaxing, I thought the cooling sensation was pretty awesome too. It's very refreshing!!! I left it on my hair for about five minutes as it was instructed. It was so easy to rush out my hair while it was wet and when I was blow drying it, I was able to go through my hair with my hands. I can't wait to see how this product will work on my hair after I finish the bottle… my scalp never felt so great!

After using it for the past month, I can see and feel such amazing results. My hair is in such better condition now after having been using this treatment mask several times.
My hair was so dry and brittle before this product came into my life, and now it’s soft, looks healthy, I can run my fingers through my hair and I love the way it feels.
It has a nice, light refreshing scent and it rinses out of my hair so easily! I would 100% recommend this product and I will be buying it when my current bottle runs out.. we’ll maybe before that so I make sure I always have some in stock :)

I've used the shampoo and conditioner a couple times and it was pretty average, but holy cow... this is the first time I've used this scalp and hair treatment and I'm hooked. I'm a mom of 3 and I use dry shampoo on the daily, so often my hair has some build up. One use of this and my hair felt the cleanest I've felt it in a long time. No residual build up feeling. I even got a couple compliments on my hair today. I think it looks shiny and healthy, but the clean feeling is what sold me. Super glad to have this in my regimen.

Since receiving this product, I have used it one-two times a week, and the texture of my hair has completely changed. My hair was constantly snarly and I felt like my ends were always a mess. My hair was just dull. My hair now is SHINEY, so soft, and super manageable! I haven’t lost any volume, but my hair is so silky! The only downside I would say is the scent. It almost smells like a cough drop. But honestly, it isn’t bad enough for me to not use it! My hair has never felt stronger! Highly, highly recommend!

I wasn't a huge fan of the bottle design, tad hard to open one handed but that's minor in my opinion. this stuff definitely feel like it gives a deep moisturizing effect and I love the scalp cooling tingle you get from these products.
This stuff made my hair so ridiculously soft. Very manageable and seemed to keep my hair from getting greasy for a day or two later. I will definitely be purchasing this stuff when my supply runs out.

I have long, thick, straight hair with an oily scalp. I usually wash my hair 2-3 times a week. The hair mask was my favorite product that I tried in this line! I've never used Redken products before, so I'm going into this blind; no clue how my hair will respond to it. So far, I've used it twice, it doesn't leave my hair feeling sticky or like a film of product was leftover after the wash, which I like. I'm not too fond of the smell, but thats not a deal-breaker for me. For a product like this you need to give it some time to see the if it has any lengthening effect like it promises, so we'll see!

My hair is very prone to product built up and after drying my hair the top of my head felt oily . It might work better for those with a drier scalp. I also was confused on when to use this. This bottle said it was a scalp treatment and that I was to use it after shampooing but on my shampoo it said it’s best after conditioner. Not sure if it was talking about two different products. It also has a small chemical smell which I didn’t like.

I wasn't able to try it with the shampoo and conditioner but even on its own I can feel the difference it made in my hair, cant wait to buy the shampoo and conditioner to be able to fully experience this product in my hair. I am not sure how often it is recommended to use this product. I am a daily hair washer so I am thinking once a week. I was not a fan of the scent of this line at first but have come around and don’t mind it. I don’t find it overpowering once my hair has dried. My hair is really fine and thinning, wavy and uncolored. I've been using these products for a few weeks now and have nothing bad to say about them, but nothing great either. My scalp feels healthy and normal, my hair clean and moisturized. The scent is mild, slightly herbal, which is nice compared to lots of other companies' overly-fragranced products. I can't think of any negatives, but it's just not giving me any particular reason to stay with it either. The special ingredients they advertise on the label are such small percentages, especially since these are products we wash out. The deep conditioner felt a bit too intense for my hair, but that's true for most of them, so I can't be mad at that.

The package is sleek and attractive and is't too bulky to keep in the shower. I really liked the texture of the mask and it smells amazing! I noticed after applying it, not only does it smell minty, it also makes your scalp tingle, which I love! I left my hair feeling very soft and conditioned. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is if you apply it to your scalp it weighs your hair down a bit. It could be just because I have fine hair, but other than that it works great. I will for sure purchase this fabulous mask again.

The length claim may take some time, and I'm not worried about my length. I am worried about breakage and split ends, so maybe that'll help sooner. First impressions: nice light smell, left my hair smooth and soft (second ingredient is dimethicone). This is better than the conditioner, and I would use this instead for my hair regularly (only wash twice a week).

It's marketed as a mask, but the directions state to massage it into your scalp, which was new for me. It was...interesting to use. It felt sort of minty on my scalp, kind of like I was using toothpaste, but not in an unpleasant way. I waited a few minutes and then rinsed it out and my scalp felt refreshed and my hair felt moisturized. When I dried my hair, it felt nice and soft, so honestly this was all a pleasant surprise! I look forward to continuing to use this mask and see if it really does cause my hair to grow longer. I would definitely recommend!

I don't really feel the absolute need to use this product with as wonderful as the Shampoo and conditioner work, though. It is kind of pricey as a whole system, so I likely wont make this product a staple. I do wish that the scent was a little closer to what the shampoo and conditioner smell like. It has a bit of a funky smell due to whatever they use in it to make it sort of "mentholated". It leaves my scalp feeling almost "numb", which is kind of an odd feeling, but feels good at the same time if that makes sense? The numb feeling lasts a long time, even after my hair is dry. Would probably offer great relief to those who have a dry and itchy scalp, which I do not. I am still giving this product a 5 star, though, because I LOVE this product line as a whole! ❤

You have to apply it after shampooing and conditioning your hair which is unusual sense of washing hair but it was okay. Gave me more to do in the shower but it actually helped with the conditioner. It took about 3 or 4 minutes for this to soak into my hair before rinsing and adding my conditioner. This left my hair super soft and helped with my split ends. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this treatment, the only issue I had in the beginning is that I used it after shampoo and so it left residue on my scalp and left buildup which made my hair get oily and flat pretty fast. BUT when I used it before shampoo it was great and the shampoo removed that residue so I didn’t have that issue again. I love the way it makes my scalp feel because it’s a little tingly and makes my hair very soft. Very happy overall!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that you can use this treatment on your scalp and hair. It contains salycilic acid for exfoliation and menthol for cooling effect. Honestly, Ingrid are not that great, good ones all the way at the end. It didn’t hydrate my hair as much as I like and I hav to use mask or conditioner after it. I think salycilic acid is great for demand itchy scalp but drying for the hair so I would only use it on the sack and continue the length.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Redken is leaving my color treated and coarse hair softer and smoother than before with spa like fragrances. even though I use protectant when heat styling this is keeping my dead ends at bay while allowing me to grow out my length. it feels like Vicks on your scalp in the best way possible! I love the tingling chilling feeling in my scalp after a long day or when I've had my ponytails too tight. I look forward to this each shower!

The formula in the product gives a cooling sensation to your scalp when you use it, which lets me know that it’s working. I have noticed baby hairs growing and I can only hope that it’s aiding in the process, while combined with the shampoo and conditioner, to help the rest of my hair grow longer and stronger. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having what I consider to be unnecessarily long hair is not the easiest thing to keep healthy and I suffer from a lot of breakage. I definitely notice less when using this product and love the smell as well. Leaves no sticky gross residue on my hair (or hands) and definitely feel like my hair is healthier when using this and doesn’t leave it feeling weighed down at all. I plan to purchase this moving forward.

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
