Acidic Bonding Concentrate Lightweight Liquid Conditioner

I wish that it had worked out for me because I am on the lookout for some thing for my dry damaged hair, but this was certainly not for me, but after reading the reviews, I have seen that it it worked out for quite a lot poeple. No harm on trying ot out

I used the pairing shampoo and it cleansed my hair to the point where it was definitely cleansed and refreshed. But I need extreme conditioning to loosen up my strands and soften my hair. So I love the spray application of this but as I sprayed it I wasn't sure if it was going to be enough to smooth out my thin but dry and tangly hair. But after applying it as directed, much to my surprise, it was enough. And then some. Don't let the thinness of the product fool you. It does its magic. My hair felt bonded and soft after. And shiny! Which I loved. The bottle itself was easy to handle and apply. I also loved the easy and functional locking mechanism on the bottle itself. Also there was no extreme scent and was pleasant. All in all, great pairing of shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend this product to use either every other hair washing or as needed. I personally like to break it up and alternate products for optimal outcomes. But however you use it, it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I used the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner it was following a shampoo from the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo and the two work great together. I have damaged hair because I am a swimmer (I swim in both chlorine and salt water), I color my hair, and I often use heat products. I like that these products are concentrates because from all those sources of damage I wanted all the help I could get. I love the trigger bottle of this conditioner. Don't be tricked that this is a leave in conditioner - it's a regular wash out conditioner with just an easy-to-use trigger bottle that I think is pretty genius. The conditioner detangled my hair well and left it soft and smelling nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited when Redken invited me to sample Acidic Bonding Concentrate Lightweight Liquid Conditioner, but after using for 2 weeks, I became extremely disappointed. It seemed like it was going to be exactly what my long, fine, damaged hair needed to condition it while adding volume; however, that was not my experience. It left my hair dry and frizzy resulting in tangles and hair breakage. The packaging was unique as it was a spray that you use in the shower, and the scent was very pleasant; but it did not work for me. Perhaps it would be better for someone with shorter hair, but I would not recommend it for long hair.

I was excited about getting the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner from the minute I found out I was getting it as I have always been a fan of Redken products and this is no exception as it didn't disappoint! I used it every time I washed my hair, which is every other day since I have oily hair and can't wash it every single day. I started by wetting my hair, put a quarter size amount of shampoo in my hand, rubbed my hands together, then distributed it in my hair starting with my scalp. I massaged the shampoo into my scalp throughout my head for 3 minutes then continued to wash the remainder of my hair along with my scalp for an additional 3 minutes. It was followed by the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Conditioner. The conditioner comes in a convenient spray bottle that you can lock into place when it's not going to be used. It is very easy to use as you just slide the lock button one way or the other. After I rinsed the shampoo out of my hair I applied 6 sprays of conditioner to my hair, 3 on the outer side of my hair and 3 on the underside of my hair. I let it sit in my hair for 2 minutes then rinsed my hair until there was no product left in my hair. This conditioner has a very pleasant, not overpowering scent. I couldn't make out the exact scent but could tell it was citrusy. After using the shampoo and conditioner for a week my hair felt and looked less damaged and healthier than before I started using it. It left my hair with less split ends, less breakage and more volume. After I finish these bottles of shampoo and conditioner I will be purchasing more along with the pretreatment shampoo and the leave-in conditioner that is supposed to be used with them as the complete Acidic Bonding Concentrate system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After shampooing my hair I squeezed out excess water and sprayed this lightweight conditioner on my hair, I was totally thrilled I had no tangles and it made my hair very soft after styling my hair I had lots of volume which I desperately need and I was very impressed..I loved the scent its very fresh and strong, and long lasting my hair is in the best condition effort and I will keep buying this product since I love it so much. One thing to note is that this conditioner can increase the possibility of sunburn due to the ingredients. It has a nice fragrance that's not too overpowering. I've been using this conditioner, along with the shampoo, for 2 weeks and I definitely notice a difference in my hair. My hair doesn't fall out as much and it feels softer. The conditioner does an excellent job of keeping my hair tangle free. I would definitely recommend this product to others

I have baby fine hair so everything I do damages it and it's really frizzy. This product is vegan, sulfate free and it repair hair weakens bonds. It left my hair silky soft and bouncy! This product line is a must for not just people with colored hair but for any kind of hair damage. My single complaint is that the shampoo is bigger than the conditioner. I think it should be the other way around.

Not only does it smell amazing but it helps restore my hair and repair damage from coloring and heat styling. I have had problems with thinning the past few years and noticed shedding a lot more than usual. It has made me super self conscious. Using this conditioner has helped that and I don't notice so much hair in the hairbrush or shower anymore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were a few things a loved about this product, one thing was the dispenser it made it possible to dispense just the right amount of product. The next thing is the smell, i was expecting it to have a chemical smell to it. The other thing i liked was it did feel like I hydrated my hair. The only negative thing about this product is that it mentions to stay out of the sun due to ingredients this is very hard to do in Arizona, the next day my hair was also more greasy than usual( could be the fact that I have thin hair and product was abit too strong for me). I can see this being the best product for someone with fuller hair.

My hair is very fine and damaged from coloring and heat styling and it feels so soft and silky, but not too soft. It has body and feels healthier and much more full now. This is a product I HIGHLY recommend for anyone who uses products to style or uses any coloring or other treatments on their hair, It is just an all around fantastic conditioner. I usually have an issue with shampoo and conditioner weighing down my hair with that horrible gummy look. I did not experience that at all with Redken's acidic bonding lightweight conditioner. My hair felt full of body and strong. It's easy to use in the shower- I just sprayed that ends up to the middle and rinsed. It contains citric acid which is an alpha hydroxy acid that helps strengthen hair. I was impressed with how my hair felt after one use. Would recommend!

I was hoping for a little more help with the "fly away" hairs, but ultimately I do believe it helped! I was not too big a fan of the conditioner being a spray bottle. It felt like that wasn't the best for me. I ended up spraying some into my hand & applying it that way. The fragrance was more noticed in the conditioner than the shampoo, but I was thankful for some fragrance. Overall I really enjoyed the product & I think my hair looks good! At first sight I was super skeptical because I had never used a spray condition before. After a couple weeks using it, I love it! It's so much better than your regular squeeze bottle. This conditioner comes in a spray bottle, so that you can spray the mid-lower part of your hair. This is where most of my damage is due to my daily products and flat iron. (I have very fine hair, so I use a ton of products daily) My hair has felt stronger since using it - doesn't feel like I'm frying it when I use my flat iron! My only negative is the spray bottle itself. When you're in the shower your hands are wet so it's harder to grip and have control of the conditioner sprayer. I highly recommend! I have very fine hair and it's great!!

When I received this spray, not leave in conditioner, I was a little skeptical. I will say though after using it with the shampoo, I fell in love. At first, I didn't think my hair would feel soft after using because you don't really spray a lot, I was very wrong. My hair smelled really nice and was soft. The only problem I had with this product is my hair was a bit frizzy after using. I put rhat down to the fact that it's supposed to help thicken your hair. The frizzy did go away the next day though. I really lile this Redken Acidic Bonding spray conditioner because really feels like you don't have to use a lot of the product to get the results you're looking for. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great for my very fine bleach damaged hair. A lot of conditioners weigh my hair down and feel goopy but this did none of that. It was perfect and made my hair super soft and healthy. It feels more like a damage and hydration treatment rather than a normal shampoo and conditioner. Only thing I didn't like was the packaging, the sprayer broke off almost immediately but I just took it off and poured it in my hand. Def check it out. I already bought the treatment that goes with it.

I do enjoy the light citrus scent that comes with both products. It is so refreshing. My hairstylist said my hair looks and felt strong. I would prefer a conditioner more in a bottle than a spray - this spray didn't spray as much as I thought it would and I wasn't sure if I got it all everywhere. I would change just to a regular bottle from my point of view, not a spray. When your hands are wet in the shower it's hard to hold the bottle and spray sometimes and it doesn't spray enough. However, after all that...it is still amazing. I have fine hair so it was enough for me, for someone with thicker hair they may go thru the spray quicker than I did.

I have been using this conditioner for a few weeks now in conjunction with the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo. This conditioner has a nice lightweight texture and pleasant smell. The two drawbacks to this conditioner are: 1. The direction states that you should only apply it to the ends to mid-length of the hair so I had to use another conditioner for the rest of my hair 2. The spray bottle is a little hard to use in the shower and spray while your hands are wet while avoiding accidentally spraying it in my eyes. But overall the product did a nice job of conditioning my hair and making it soft and smooth after I used it with the shampoo. Not sure if it helps much with hair breakage as that usually isn't a big issue for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very dry hair with no explanation. I occasionally use styling tools and I always use conditioner in the shower but to no avail. As a result, my hair has been frizzier and gets tangled easily. Since the conditioner is designed for fine hair, it has a watery-like texture that does not cause my hair to feel weighed down. It's very hydrating and reduced the frizz. The only con this price but it's worth the investment if you have the money for it.

I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I feel a noticeable difference with this conditioner when comparing it to what I normally use. The conditioner is in a spray bottle. It is a little difficult to try and spray it onto your hair while showering. You have to be careful not to spray it near your face, as it contains an AHA. I would much prefer it to come in a squeeze bottle like traditional conditioners. Aside from that, the conditioner seems to work well. It seems that my hair has less damage after using this. All in all, I would recommend this conditioner.

It being a sample size and having long hair, I didn't think it would cover all of my hair but it did! A little goes a long way. It's very light, it doesn't feel like liquid but it's not very thick either. As soon as my hair was done air-drying, I saw instant volume, more shine, it felt so soft, and it smells great!! Noticed my ends looked less damaged after that one use!! I love this product and if I could afford it I would keep it in my bathroom.

Would definitely recommend you try this conditioner if you have fine air. I let my hair air dry after using this product (along with the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo) and it had a good amount of volume/thickness to it. My only complaint is that the spray applicator is a bit unnecessary. I think the product would work better if it came out of the bottle like a normal shampoo or conditioner. The spray makes it hard to judge how much product I'm using. Regardless of the applicator, I will continue to use this product because I like the way it leaves me hair. And it also leaves my hair smelling nice

I typically wash my hair once weekly in the winter and as needed during the warmer months. I used the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Lightweight Liquid Conditioner in combination with the related shampoo and was pleased with the results. The spray bottle worked well and was easy to use even with wet hands. The scent isn't offensive and dissapates after rinsing. It left my hair soft, reduced frizz and my ends looked smooth but the best benefit was the volume. I've tried similar products in the past that worked as expected but didn't add the volume that this one did in both natural/curly and straight/flat ironed styles. I received this product in exchange for my honest review and I would purchase this product as well as other products in the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate line.

I find that the texture of the product is not the best for spraying especially in the shower. I found spraying the product into my hand makes it a lot easier to apply and get even coverage. I like the product a lot and find it to be effective. My only gripe is I wish it came in a squeeze or pump bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't a fan of the conditioner not because of the conditioner it's self I think it's the spray bottle it's in I felt like I had to spray a massive amount of conditioner in my hand to even feel like it was getting conditioned so I have definitely used more conditioner then the shampoo feels like a waste also I'm not a fan of the smell of this duo I did like the results I have seen in my hair but if I am to purchase it again I would buy the regular conditioner that's not in the spray bottle but other than that I would recommend the shampoo & conditioner just not the conditioner in the spray bottle

The packaging is similar to a leave-in detangling conditioner with a spray nozzle. I have shoulder length, fine hair and this product did not weigh my hair down. The texture is creamy, but light. I did find it easier to spray the product into my hands and then work it throughout the mid-lengths and ends of my hair. It's easy to rinse thoroughly and leaves a pleasant citrus scent on the hair. Would recommend to those with short to medium length fine or thin hair. Thank you to Redken for providing this product for review!
