I loved this gel. The texture is thinner than most gels so it’s not as heavy on the hair. It didn’t leave the hair crunchy or stiff at all! It kept my curls in place all day which I have trouble with sometimes so that was great. So even though it’s a thin texture and doesn’t leave a crunch on the hair, it still has amazing hold to it. The smell is nice too. It didn’t leave any white flakes or anything like some gels either. It’s a little pricier than some other gels out there but I think it’s worth it cause it really is hard to find a nice gel like this that doesn’t leave the hair stiff and still holds the hair in place all day

I think there is a fine line between keeping your products current and being inconsistent to the point that frustrates your customers. I have used this and other curvaceous products for quite some time and have been quite happy. Truth be told, there are and endless array of hair products out there at many price points. If Redken is going to change their products so much that I have to search for new ones consistently, I suppose I'll look for a product that I can rely on for the future.

I am heart broken that the curvaceous products are being discontinued as a 71 year old who fought her curls for over 60 years then discovered these products that finally tamed them without feeling like you had glue on your hair I just don’t get it. Mom trying to buy he ringlet and spiral lock to get buy for a while but that is becoming very hard, I’m so sad about the loss of these great products.

This is hands down the BEST product for my curly/wavy hair! It holds my curl perfectly without making it crunchy or heavy. It gives me a perfectly natural look. Since you've discontinued, I have spent over $200 trying to find something to replace this gel - there is NOTHING out there like this product! Please, please bring it back! Your Curvaceous line is the absolute best!

Please bring back Curvaceous Spiral Lock gel. It took me years to find a gel that holds my curls. I tried this gel shortly before I went to NC on a vacation and was extremely happy with how it held my hair in the humidity that is very high down there. I have gone through several gels since you discontinued this one and NONE hold like it does.

I have been using this on my curly hair for more than a couple years now & I love it!! However I have not been able to find it in the last few months!! This is heart breaking as I have tried many other brands & have yet to find any that take care of my curls like this does!! PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!! I beg of you!!

This product was excellent for my curls and after years of searching I thought I had finally found the perfect solution… until you discontinued it! I tried the new “recommended” replacement products and it was WAY too heavy. You’re letting your customers down, please bring it back!

this is literally the only gel that is strong enough to actually give me curls without weighing them down. WHY did you discontinue this. I've been using it for years. Honestly even if you raised the price of this product I'd still purchase. Such a bummer.

I love how I can scrunch my hair when it’s wet with Curvaceous Spiral Lock. My hair is naturally wavy but when I add this plus use a diffuser to blow dry, I have an easy new instant hair style! I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Great for us curly headed gals!Has a swirl of 2 different formulas one for sculpting and for shine. I literally only use this and don’t need hairspray as it locks in curls but keeps frizz out!!Its my go to and my 2nd time purchasing.

This is my absolute favorite haircare product and SO disappointed this is discontinued. It makes my curls just the way I like them! This is much better than the other curvaceous products and hope Redken will reconsider!

What is the update on possibly bringing this product back to market? I absolutely love how this makes my natural curls perform locking in the natural curl and the spiral look that let them lay just right when styling.

This product is creamy and rich and a great product for curly hair especially! It has a great smell and is easy to work with and apply it lasts all day without feeling crunchy in the hair I love it and i use it myself

Whenever i use this product my curls are always so much more defined than usual. It adds an extra bounce to them and makes my hair feels soft but still defined. My curls dont feel dry and crunchy at all.

Love this product for tight spiral curls. It’s hydrating and not too sticky. Definitely helps hold a curl all day and keep them from becoming frizzy.

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .
No, I do not recommend this product.

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
