[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this 2 stars for the simple fact that it does indeed do what it states on the bottle; “intense condition” and offer heat protection. My hair was nice and soft and easy to comb through - as expected with DIMETHICONE or silicone based products. However, I tend to avoid silicone based or anything that has dimethicone in it, and it’s the second ingredient after water. Meaning, this product is mostly silicone. I do not like how silicone based products make my hair feel overtime and that is why I avoid them.  This product did have a nice scent and made my hair feel and smell nice but I will not be using it again.  The trial size was a perfect size as I got a handful of uses out of it.

My hair felt smoother and soft. I definitely do not recommend if you have long hair like me it require to use a lot of product, since the product is pricy bur if you can afford it is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its absolutely worth it my hair feels absolutely amazing and it was the perfect amount needed for my hair. I let the treatment sit in my hair for around ten minutes and my hair felt so soft and curly. It doesnt really have much of a smell and the packaging was great and small. The only problem is if you have longer or much thicker hair you probably need more of the product. But other than that my hair feels alot more healthy and I will be using this again. My hair is natural never been colored so I dont know how it will work on colored hair, but I 100% recommend this

I use this leave-in treatment every time I wash my hair. I put it on my damp hair and then blow dry. I love that is doubles as a heat protectant! This product makes my hair feel so smooth and look so shiny!

O M G!!!!!!! This stuff is beyond words, I have extremely dry brittle hair from bleaching and have been desperately trying to find a product that would help. After trying a few things that didn't work I went to ulta and asked about a few items. The lady working recommended this set and because she personally uses it I thought why not!!! This did not disappoint, in fact after one use my hair is sooooooo soft and doesn't feel crunchy!!! It is expensive (but not as much as the pureology) and so worth it if your hair is as bad as mine. So happy this was recommended to me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This leave in conditioning treatment would be best described as a balm. It didn’t seem to weigh my hair down or cause it to be greasy or anything. My husband commented that he likes the way it smells, so that’s an added bonus! I think this treatment really compliments the other products but I don’t know if I would buy it just based on the fact that I saw improvement in my hair with simply the shampoo and conditioner and I’m not really into either styling products or putting anything in my hair after washing and conditioning besides detangler. I do think the product works, but I feel like one could go without, or even simply purchase this in lieu of the shampoo and conditioner and still benefit from some strengthening of the ends…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this Leave-in treatment twice now after a wash, and once as a refresh. It leaves my curls soft, helps with halo frizz (as much as any product can in Louisiana), and helps my curls stay in structured clumps. After washing, I apply a small amount and brush through with my Denman Brush, and then lightly scrunch; then follow the rest of my routine.
For refreshing (picture included is after a refresh): I apply a TINY amount in my palm and then spray water into my hands. I smooth over my curls and finger roll curls that need to be restructured, and then let air dry.
No crunchy feeling, no heaviness, no weird scalp issues!

After my first application I noticed my hair was easy to manage/style soft and has a shine. After 1 week of use my hair is noticably healthier, haven't seen any split ends, shines, feels stronger (less breakage), smooth, soft, usually I get tangles/knots towards my ends and I haven't been getting any since using this. Smell: this product has a very delicious aroma, is it like tropical/peach. Love it!
Consistency: I love the consistency of this product because is very smooth and it doesn’t feel sticky.

I have really long, thick hair & I usually get a color & cut every few months, but for the past 3 months I haven't been able to for financial reasons. My hair has grown out a good bit & was looking a bit dull, dry, with split ends & breakage. But this stuff helped with all that. I have always really liked Redken products & as usual this product held up to their high standards. Great Stuff!!

But then I got this Leave-In treatment with Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment from the same line, and I can say that I’m really impressed.
I love leave-in treatments because they are easy to use. This one really helps to detangle my hair, it makes my hair soft, shiny and gorgeous! And oh, my hair is less frizzy which is amazing! This treatment brought life to my hair and gave me hope. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleasantly surprised by the results of using this product. After just one application, my hair was smoother, stronger, and its appearance was greatly improved.
To use, I combed two dime-sized amounts into my freshly cleaned, damp hair. I concentrated specifically on my ends during the application and gradually added some into my roots and mid-lengths. After my hair had dried, the results were enormous. As someone with extremely fine hair, I find most treatments aimed at damaged hair are too abrasive for me. This was not my experience with this product.
One piece of improvement would probably be the smell. In comparison to other Red Ken products, the smell was a little underwhelming, and I can see how it could displease certain people.
I would strongly recommend this product to others that struggle with color-treated, damaged hair.

Put a nice big glob in your hands after you have let her hair air dry for about 10 minutes, rub the cream between your hands and then take your hands throughout your hair, root to end, making sure it's all coated. It is a light hold then take your diffuser and on COLD setting dry your hair- just scooping up your hair with the diffuser. When dry, take off diffuser and on warm setting just finish blowing your hair. My hair was beautifully shiny, curls defined and smells beautiful. I received this product in exchange for my honest review

There is no residue that is left, it didn't make my hair feel heavy at all or oily. This smells really good and I also liked the texture of this leave in treatment. Everything that this claims is so true where it repairs strength in damaged hair, provides heat protection up to 450 degrees, tames frizz, adds shine and reduces hair breakage. I also noticed that it helped the blonde in my hair as well! I have such thick hair and this really helped with frizz and breakage! I am planning on buying a bigger bottle ASAP!

Received this complimentary sample (Acidic bonding concentrate intensive treatment) from Bzzagent /Redken for my honest review, 1st I was glad it was a full size product, at least you can enjoy it more then once,, I use this with the Redken shampoo and conditioner and OMG this pre-shampoo rinse-out treatment provides strength repair in the 1st use, It help my hair so much, my hair was very damaged, with a few uses It was soft and shiny, it really works, will be buying as soon as I'm done with this bottle (could not find the product received so tagged this)

I am Asian with typically jet black coarse wavy hair that I’ve bleached in a balayage to some parts dark blonde. The ends are dry and anyone who bleaches know how crispy your hair can feel. I love that there is a leave in cream after towel drying to help lock in the moisture. I’ve seen and felt a difference which is critical as I’m planning another round of a lighter balayage soon.

It has citric acid in it, and it smells really good.
I’ve used Redken products in the past and liked them; this is on par. Not the very best leave in I’ve used, but definitely a quality product.
My hair feels soft and silky and has shine.
It was definitely easier to brush through.
I received a small sample tube that was a bit hard to use, but maybe the full size is better or has a pump. A lot of it got on the bottle because I had to guess how much was needed and go back for more.
All in all I’d recommend this one.

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
