[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I received a compliment from a young woman at my job on my hair. All I did was add the Redken Brews Thickening Pomade to my hair. And that is all I did. I towel dried my hair, then added the Pomade by spreading it on my hands then spreading it with my fingertips to style my hair. I used my finger tips then a brush to get my desired look. The Pomade is sticky or greasy. Ithe did not sweat off my hair and get I'm my eyes. It leaves your hair feeling light and natural, but it holds it in place. This is great stuff, I love how it made my hair look and feel. I am very happy with the product and recommend it. My hair is thick, fine, and straight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been 3 weeks for me using this hair putty. I like the way it holds my hair and the hair feels nice and thick. The only thing I did not liked is that sometimes if you are in a hurry, putty may not apply uniformly and you may feel it once the hair dries up (if you apply it on wet hair).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I am bald I did not have any use for this product. My son on the other hand loved this product. Easy to apply. Rubbed a very small amount between his palms, then tossed in hair, rubbing it in, and shaped into desired style - holds great without being too heavy. Last all day. Non greasy. Light non-overpowering scent unlike other products I've bought my son. I would definitely buy this product over the products I've bought for my son's hair. I was not familiar with Redken Brews Thickening Pomade before participating in program. I've since recommended the product to family and friends who have full head of hair and kids with full head of hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the finish this product gives my hair it's non oily or pasty like most pomades I have used in the pass .I put this pomade in my hair straight out the shower comb and dry. My wave and part stays in place with a fleaxable fuller shiny hold .It's realy good stuff and I will continue to use this brand .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a sample and have been using for over a week. I hadn't heard of it before but was excited for something that could thicken and add volume to my fairly flat and straight hair. The consistency was what I expected for a pomade but I was surprised that it was less greasy than other pomades I have used in the past, which was an added bonus. I've been trying to was my hair less, yet leaving in some products for more than a day or two it would get greasy, heavy and flat I didn't find that to be as common with this product. I also enjoyed the scent, some products have too much fragrance or smell very synthetic this reminds me of some other upscale brands I've tried in the past salon quality.

I definitely will buy the Redken Men's Brews Thickening Pomade again. I was surprised at how full my hair looks after applying it. I was asked to try Redken Men's Brews Thickening Pomade and was not aware of it before participating in this program. I would most definitely recommend the Redken Men's Brews Thickening Pomade to others, especially to those with thinning and finer hair.

When introduced to Brews Thickening Pomade, I didn't know what to expect. I've used the product for several weeks before writing this review and I am very pleased with the product and how it has worked for me. I style my hair 5 days a week and it gives me a thickened look without shine and holds for the entire day. The product is easy to use and a little goes a long way. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and will be looking to buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one hair product I have fallen in love with! I have never used Reckon products before but my wife does for her hair. Now I know why it is the only stuff she likes. This was the thickening pomade. First off it smells wonderful..nkt overwhelming but just right. Woody with slight lemon scents is what I got from it. It is not greasy like other pomades, but lite and creamy. It held my hair and gave it more volume without making it stiff. I coukd run my hand thru my hair and felt like having no product but it held perfectly! I am so happy o got to try this product and I will certainly recommend to anyone who uses gel,pomade,fiber, anything. I am going to be buying this again for sure, it is hands down best product I have ever tried in my hair!

Anyhow, this pomade offers good hold, doesn't clump or feel oily like many others often do and doesn't flake when it dries either.
Dries light in your hair, gives a bit of bounce and some body but for my thin hair it was not enough body to make much difference.
If you have a more normal thickness of hair, or a bit of curl/wave to it, this will be great for you, if you have thin, straight hair, meh.
Really does smell good though. Worth it for this alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had great expectations from this product, but it didn't deliver the results I was looking for. It smells great, but gives my hair a wet look after applying. I hate when my hair looks greasy, so this doesn't help with that. Also, my hair parts wherever I comb it and was looking for something that would fill it out instead. This pomade accentuates the part and doesn't help to minimize the appearance. Maybe my hair is a little too thin for it to work for me, but may help others with different hairtypes.

My initial take after opening was that it was too thick to be a pomade and it would be clumpy and heavy.
However after applying a small amount to my hair I was very satisfied with how it left my hair feel the natural look and despite its initial thickness how easily went on.
Despite being used to something more viscous I would absolutely use this again I was very happy with the texture with the results and with the unique aroma from the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is simple to use, you don't need a lot. You simply rub some one your fingertips, rub that through your hair, and then style as you usually do. You won't believe the difference in appearance. Your hair looks noticeably thicker and fuller. I keep a flat top style and am thinning right up the middle. It is not noticeable compared to the rest of my hair in the front. It's a natural look too. Try it, you won't be sorry you did. But you will be sorry if you don't.

This thickening pomade is not really for my hair type (I have straight flat hair), I need something with high hold. Anyway, the product is very good. It's easy to apply, very creamy texture and it's easy to wash out. I definitely recommend this product for people who needs playable to medium hold styling product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to have a pretty good scent and superior hold without feeling like your hair is glued in place. The last few days have been pretty hot and it's kept my hair in place even with sweating like mad and over the weekend I fixed my hair using the pomade and my hair was even good after sleeping and into the next day. I find this easier to use on slightly damp hair and brushed through using a boar brush.

It holds my hair in place all day and smells great. I really like how it creates the look of thicker hair. As I get older, I am noticing some thinning. It has a nice texture that is easy to style. There is also good medium hold that doesn't leave my hair crunchy. I actually thought it was scentless, but after you put it in your hair you'll notice a light, pleasant smell. You won't notice it though if you just smell the pomade which is strange. Well definitely be getting this again.

It smells great but if you like paste that doesn't allow your hair to move at all then this isn't for you. It has a low sheen so It doesn't look like your hair is soaked in product which is a plus.

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
