A shot phase formula that delivers intense care through highly concentrated ingredients for dry and brittle hair in Redken Chemistry treatments.
- HOW TO USE
- INGREDIENTS
HOW TO USE
- Cleanse with the appropriate Redken Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly.
- Mix 3 pumps of any Shot Phase. For hair that has multiple needs you can blend up to 3 Shot Phase formulas.
- Apply on towel-dried hair. Distribute evenly and leave on 5 minutes. Do not rinse.

I bought this after dying my hair a bright red. I liked the product overall. Out of similar products, the value was the best. I bought it at Sally's after my hairdresser recommended. I am honestly not sure if it really contributed to helping my color last but I liked it

This is amazing for using after a color service on a client! It is a condition protein treatment so I wouldn't recommend using it all the time but it is great for making color last a little longer I would recommend to any salons using redken

I really love Redken shots they really help the integrity of the hair after a chemical process. The color shot is great to extend the life of a color process.

Works well for at least a few washes. Made my hair very soft and conditioned for a while but didn't last over a month.

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .
No, I do not recommend this product.

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.
Yes, I recommend this product.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..
No, I do not recommend this product.

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
