[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think I've ever even uttered the words "Holy Grail shampoo" before, but I guess there's a first time for everything. I honestly didn't have too much hope going into this, because my hair is so dry, thick, curly, coarse and frizzy that every shampoo has just stripped my hair of any little bit of moisture it did have. But I was blown away by this shampoo. It boasts 2% argan oil and when I squeezed some out into my hand I could LITERALLY feel the oil. I always detangle my hair with a wet brush while in the shower while I have conditioner on, but as I was working the shampoo into my scalp I noticed it was so hydrating that I started to detangle my hair with my fingers. It went so well I decided to grab my wet brush and the brush slid right through my hair without any tangles. I've NEVER in my entire life been able to detangle my hair with shampoo! And event though it is so hydrating, I found that it lathered nicely and left my hair/scalp feeling clean. This stuff is amazing! So amazing that I've already purchased back up bottles of both the shampoo and conditioner. I don't think I'll ever have the need for another shampoo ever again. (Unless Redken stops making this. Which I hope they don't.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This somehow didn't suited me. But it did made my husband's hair super soft. Lemme put it this way, I have coloured hair. Though it does say colour safe, I somehow found that this does made my hair colour lighter which I am not impressed about. It added lot of frizz to my hair which I never had before.
Whereas on other hand, my husband who has a wavy hair, this product suited him very well thereby making his hair super soft.
To sum up, it may or may not suit you:

Golden Bottle: All soft
The audience is wide, even if the scalp loves to get oily, it is completely acceptable, and it is still refreshing without washing the hair for two days. The key is that the hair is refreshing and the hair ends are plump and smooth.
After washing, the hair becomes soft and shiny. Besides, I think its scent is quite good. Very rare.
Big bottle, very cost-effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3C/4A hair so I honestly wasn't expecting much out of this shampoo. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. First, it lathers well and cleans thoroughly. I intentionally washed it on pretty dirty hair with lots of product build-up just to see how it would perform. My hair was also really day. It cleaned my hair well. I could already feel my curls softening just by using the shampoo. It was almost instant moisture. As far as the smell, it didn't wow me. It is a nice scent, but just normal in my opinion. The performance of the shampoo had me excited to try the conditioner. #voxbox

It's my everyday shampoo. I tried the color treated in the hot pink bottles and the smell was too overwhelmingly perfumed. This has a nice mild scent, and it's repairing. I love this shampoo for everyday use. I am a huge fan of Redden and this suits my fancy. I'm a licensed cosmetologist. Please buy from a salon or professional.

I was nervous at first about how thick this shampoo was and I thought it might be to heavy and weigh my hair down, but NO way!! This shampoo and conditioner are both thick as lotion but cleans SO good and does not weigh my hair down. It washes out wonderful and smells clean too. I like that the scent is light and clean too. My hair is thick and dry so this was a total A+ for me! I have twin daughters with thick hair too and we were fighting and hiding the bottles for the last wash :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I found out I was selected for this campaign. I received a Redken leave-in conditioner cream right before this, and it is also from the All Soft line. I have to say this shampoo did not disappoint! I have thick, curly hair that is very prone to dryness and breakage. My first time using this shampoo I noticed it was easy to spread the leather through to my ends after scrubbing my scalp with no tugging or breakage. Most other shampoos I have to use twice to get through all of my hair and down to my scalp, but this shampoo got through all my hair in one go. It also left my hair feeling silky and easy to run my fingers through before even applying the conditioner, instead of making it more tangled and squeaky feeling like other supposedly moisturizing shampoos have. I love this shampoo and this line in general!

It smells really nice and it is great for hair that needs light-medium hydration. It isn't my favorite for super dry, high maintenance color or damaged hair. My daughter's hair in the first picture does much better than mine. Her hair is usually straight , while mine is naturally curly. Overall I use this brand more often than not but I'm still keeping an eye out for my holy

Throughout my hair journey over the past couple years of trying to get it to grow long again, I have been searching for a shampoo that was going to leave my hair both feeling and looking good. This is THE only product that I will use. The number one compliment I get is how healthy and soft my hair is. It smells amazing. It lathers extremely well and I never have to question whether my hair is clean or not. I used to struggle with an oily scalp and dead ends but I will never have that problem again after using this shampoo and conditioner. Thank you redken!!

This causes my hair to feel dry and frizzy. This shampoo smells amazing and has given my hair so much moisture. It feels so much more healthy and the frizz has went away. Both have shampoo shampoo written in bold and I always mistake the shampoo and conditioner for each other. The way the lid is designed it’s quite challenging for someone with small hands to not make a mess with it. Other then that I love the product itself.

I have very thick, color treated, dry hair and this has been the best I have found for my hair, this shampoo and conditioner actually makes my hair like silk. I have never used anything so good. It starts working immediately. Keeps my hair moisturized without a heavy or greasy feel. A little of this goes a long way. It smooths my hair and makes it easier to style. I use the conditioner as well but only twice a week. I highly recommend this product

Finally found a new shampoo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long story short, a few years ago I developed Telogen Effluvium which caused 75% + of my hair to fall out. Prior to that I had thick full hair. It's taken about a year but it's finally fuller and thicker again…however as it started growing back the texture was different and I haven't been able to find a good shampoo and conditioner that leaves my hair soft and smooth - until now! I've been using this shampoo for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed a huge difference. My hair is soft and smooth, and doesn't feel heavy or greasy. I've gotten several comments saying how soft my hair is now. I did receive the shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil for free to review but I will definitely be purchasing more once the samples are out! They were full size samples too which is awesome. I still have 3/4 of the shampoo and conditioner, and most of the oil so it'll still last me a good while. Last thing to mention, I don't need to use a ton of the product to get a good lather and good results. Great hair care products!

I’m an ICU nurse and have been washing my hair practically everyday I come home from work plus wearing it up or in a scrubs cap. Not to mention that my hair is colored. So my hair has seen some things for the past two years. First the scent it’s not overly scented. I have fine hair so a little goes a long way. My hair looks healthy and soft even after styling it. I’ve tried many hair shampoo and conditioners lately and this one ranks up into my top 5. Would recommend for someone that has long, thick, or color treated hair!

I have color treated hair that I have not kept up to for about 2+ years; if I had recent color in my hair I may have been a little more weary of the sulfates, but with my current situation it did not bother me. At the moment my hair is very dry, dull, with split-ends and in desperate need of a makeover. This VoxBox came at the right time! Even after my first use; the All-Soft Shampoo brought my hair back to life! I was literally AMAZED… My hair was left so shiny and smooth and looked like I had just done a treatment or something to it. I personally could do without the peach smell but that is just personal preference, the smell is pleasant though and does not linger or stay potent for too long. My hair felt very clean and refreshed after; it did not leave my hair feeling greasy but the shine that it did leave behind was incredible! I wash my hair every 3-4 days; a little goes a long way the half-liter size will without a doubt last me a good 3-4 months I’m excited to try more products from this brand! This product is absolutely fantastic for medium to thick hair! Makes your hair feel like butter!
On the other hand, with thin hair it was a different story - it gave the same buttery effect but left zero body - it made the hair seem a lot thinner/finer than normal.
When using the shampoo, i definitely recommend lathering it in your hands for about 10-15 seconds to coat every strand evenly. With the conditioner it’s super thick which is great! But definitely make sure to wash it out with cold water to ensure you get the mega softness!
The size of the bottles are great! And the actual bottles are soft and easy to squeeze product out of!

I’m so impressed with it. My hair is naturally long, thick, frizzy & coarse, I frequently compare it to a horses mane because it’s just naturally rough. We went & got professional family pics taken a few days after using this & I kept looking like omg my hair looks so NICE! Redken is definitely going to be a staple in my hair routine from now on. It has a great salon quality scent to it as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an ok shampoo but I don’t think it’s particularly moisturizing compared to other moisturizing products that I’ve tried. It has a nice scent from the argan oil and the packaging claims it has a “2% moisture complex” but I’m not sure what that means to be honest lol. I like that it comes in a half liter size because I like trying new products and I don’t typically use the larger liter sizes so this is a nice option. Overall, it didn’t really blow me away on the results so I don’t think I would end up purchasing this on my own.

This is my all-time favorite shampoo! I know everyone has different desires for their hair texture, but for me, I want my hair to be silky soft, shiny, and smooth. And this shampoo, combined with the matching conditioner, delivers exactly what I want! If I have been using other shampoos to change up my routine, I can always see an immediate difference in the softness of my hair, even after just one wash! My only complaint about Redken overall as a brand is the scent. I wish it smelled better. Not that it smells bad, but it's not great either. This shampoo can be expensive so I have to wait for sales before I can buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Redken line. The all soft line is my go-to for dry thirsty hair without weighing down my hair. I have fine but densely packed hair. My scalp easily get greasy and weighed down and flat. I like that I can go longer without washing my hair with this and still have volume. I also like the smell a lot. I find myself sniffing my hair throughout the day and it still smells fresh. The Argan also add shine to my hair and smooths flyaways. This is especially nice in the winter when my hair gets static-y. Overall a great set!

I love this formula, it's moisturizing and repairing to my dry and damaged hair without weighing it down or affecting my curl pattern! Which is so so hard to find now with all the added hype ingredients brands are adding for no real reason. This doesn't leave a residue on my hair and the full regimen leaves me with so much shine, I feel like a hair model lol. I've finally found a hair regimen that feels as though it were made for me. Highly highly recommend!

I’ve used TONS of different shampoos from TONS of different brands with different price points, and didn’t get the results that I’ve gotten with this! I’ve used other Redkin products that I really liked but in my opinion this is the best! Since using this shampoo my hair is so much stronger, shiny (without being to shiny), hydrated, and has grown so much! It has a good clean smell that’s not real strong! Overall it’s a great product! #Redkinhalfliter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I didn't use this product on my hair because I have locs but my cousins hair since they're natural and their hair is normally dry, from the moment I used the shampoo I could easily tell that this product would bring moisture to their hair and in the span of two weeks I can already see the difference, the conditioner is my fave of the duo because the added argon oil helps keep their hair from being dry, overall I've recommended this product to everyone in my family since seeing the results!

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
